The toilet in the main bathroom has very low water pressure and often takes a few attempts to fully flush.

We had a slight issue with the shower due to the cold weather messing with the pipes, but the staff were extremely helpful at getting it sorted.

It was spacious enough for a family, whilst still having a cosy feel to it. The hot tub was amazing and lovely on a night with a sky full of stars. Lots of things to do nearby, and in the ‘welcome folder’ there was lots of leaflets if guests needed ideas for anywhere to go. Owner was very helpful, answered any questions quickly, and also checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was okay. Would definitely recommend and definitely stay again. It was a lovely winter get away to relax and enjoy the peace after a hectic Christmas and new year.

Signal in the area but that is out of anyone’s control and understandable in a remote area. Maybe expanding facilities within the park - more things to do etc but everything was perfect for our 2 night stay. Thank you

Was a little cold in the front area, heating didn’t seem to ever reach temperature and the fire did work but then suddenly stopped working so maybe that may have made a difference.

Beautiful and cosy. Really good size, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Hot tub was fabulous and the lodge itself was very clean and tidy.

Nothing major. We could have done with some lamps or soft lighting in the living room. But that’s being picky probably.

Lovely, well presented lodge. Peaceful setting - we saw deer outside the bedroom window 🥰 Hot tub was wonderful to sink into. Kitchen was well kitted out, comfortable beds and sofas. Overall, really impressed.

There was nothing I didn’t like, just one teeny tiny issue was the fire wasn’t working.

Lots of little things that could be mentioned before arrival, no clear directions to find the lodge, the heating system difficult to use, the oven has its quirks and difficult to turn on as no ignition spark, no bulb in the fire to turn it on and no glass allowed in the hot tub but no plastic glasses provided (we would have packed our own if we knew). All things that have been mentioned previously in the guest book by others that have stayed and not acted on. Just a few little things that could easily be sorted and aid for the perfect stay

Hot tub stuck at 30 degrees on eco even when staff came to fix it. Lighting outside very poor could hardly see in hot tub when it was dark.
