The caravan had everything you would want for a few days away including TV, dvds, games, towels, bedding, a hot shower and even a dog bowl and poo bags! Unfortunately we only stayed for one night but as we only live in Norwich we hope to be back as it's so close to the beach too.

Although the garden is fenced, there is a gap by the gate that smaller dogs can get out of.

Everything you need is in the caravan. Clean. Hosts are very helpful. Great location and quiet. Lovely fenced garden area with table and chairs. Car parking for more than one car.

Nothing, perfect for a short getaway next to the beach

Lovely clean & comfortable caravan with lots of extras - games,dvds etc. Hosts were amazing in their communication from booking through to departure. Location also great for walks on beach and exploring locally. We really enjoyed our weekend, and will defo be back soon. Thankyou x

We have absolutely loved our stay in this cosy, comfy, home from home. Despite the weather doing its best we have still managed to walk the beach for 3 hours a day and whiled away the hours playing board games and watching family films from the vast collection. Communication and care from the hosts is excellent, and Coco our new rescue has enjoyed her first holiday and paddle on the sea. Enclosed garden when you have dogs is such a bonus! Beds are very comfortable and caravan very well equipped, we’ve loved it and will be back! Just hoping wirh all these glowing reviews it’s available from time to time for us to return 🙏🥰

There where lots of very nice touches made to the caravan such as DVDs to watch and tea provisions provided. We had a great time, and it’s dog friendly which should us on the property. Plus it’s literally seconds from the beach!

Perfect accommodation for our needs. It was advertised as an older van with no central heating but dog friendly with an enclosed garden. Having 3 dogs between us, this is why we chose this van. I went prepared with jumpers and a blanket (travelled in March) but was pleasantly surprised how cosy it was and the fire in the lounge was more than adequate. Infact, we didn't need it in the day time. It was very clean and had everything that we needed and more. Kitchen facilities were great and could have cooked a full meal if chosen to and even had an air fryer 😁. Even had the little touches of milk, tea, coffee and biscuits for our arrival. The hosts texted me all information needed before arrival and were on hand throughout if needed. We had a wonderful stay in the perfect location. I would definitely return and absolutely recommend the hosts. Thank you Alison and Mark x

Only one….bugbear if you could call it that……as my husband is older, 77 this year…we did find the steps were very slippery when wet, but if careful, it was fine x

Cosy, comfy, dog friendly. Very warm and snug of an evening. Beautiful location. Literally “on the beach”. There was nothing we could have asked for in a s/c stay. Everything provided inc pegs for washing! (We didn’t do any though 😂😂). Bedding and towels had that lovely, clean washed smell, which was perfect!

The only thing was a bit chilly but we did go in December! Could do with an extra heater in the living room maybe just for the winter? It would also be good if the gate to the garden somehow enclosed the door to the property so you can just let the dog out first/last thing without having to escort them to the garden.

Nothing to dislike.

The caravan was super cosy and only a few steps away from the beach. Everything was very clean and tidy. Milk, tea, coffee and biscuits were provided thank you 😀. Hot water bottles and blankets were also welcome touched. The laundry smelt lovely!!! The kitchen was well equipped with ever we needed.

2nd time staying at the van and it does exactly what you would expect with some nice touches from the owners (milk, tea, coffee & biscuits), good tv and selection of DVD’s, nice hot shower (not something you always get in a caravan) and has all the amenities you could need.

Nothing not to like. The caravan was a much-loved family holiday home, a bit dated but clean, comfortable, well-equipped and in a great location.

Had a little trouble locking the front door from the inside.

Location was great, right next to the beach and a stones throw from RSPB Snettisham. Very cosy, comfortable accommodation with everything I needed. The free tea, coffee, milk and biscuits was a very thoughtful touch.

Door lock a bit fiddly but soon got hang of it.

Homely, relaxing place to stay in ideal location. Dog friendly and no hassle at all. My second time here and hope to return in future.

The position was fab so close to beach and village centre . The enclosed garden was a godsend for dogs . We had a lovely time , another tick of one our dogs bucket list. Would definitely return again
