Their really isn't anything to fault !

The facilities was incredible they went above and beyond to make it a home from home, I am a single mother of 2 boys (5 & 2) and they loved the dvds and the board games and the books having a garden to play in with a ball, they offered extra seating also which is super if you have gatherings, they had a fan for the stuffy night a air fryer, cooker even put in a bottle of milk and some biscuits they checked in and made sure we was settled in and when the caravan was ready couldn't recommend enough!

The caravan is in a great location down a private road just next to South Beach which is a lovely beach; the caravan is well equipped and clean and the garden is an added bonus as we enjoyed the privacy and using the barbecue which is something you don't get on a busy static caravan site! The caravan is spacious and homely and the hosts, Alison and Mark, have thought of everything and included everything you could need. We would love to visit again.

Super location and very quiet with very easy access to the beach. Complete freedom to come and go as I pleased. Ideal for myself and my dog. Very dog friendly! Very helpful hosts and no hassle.

Everything was lovely, really quirky and retro - but this did mean that the fitted couches were the original ones too, narrow and not that comfortable. But this is a very minor thing in relation the the overwhelming positives!

Self-catering but was left milk, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits which was a nice touch and much appreciated!

Had an amazing stay at this lovely caravan. It was spotlessly clean, quirky and pretty. The bed is comfy and so much has been thought of, it’s like being home from home. It is right next to the beach and was perfect for me to walk with my dogs and to see the lovely sunsets. The owner went out of her way to help me when I had a bit of a mishap. Loved it so much I’ve already booked to go back.

I guess the outside of the place looks like it could be painted or something but the inside was immaculate and that’s what matters.

Absolutely beautiful location. Beach 1min from the doorstep. The place was clean, spacious, and had everything you could need for a short break or long. Lot’s of boardgames snd dvds for if the weather turned(which luckily for us it didn’t) would definitely stay again.

A great Easter weekend. We had an amazing time in a beautiful place and a lovely caravan. The caravan was equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were very helpful. The secluded garden where you can sit with a curtain of morning coffee is a great bonus. It was wonderful, we will definitely come back here for one more vacation. Thank you very much.

Parking is bit tricky for our 7 seats car.

Prefect location, short walk distance to the beach, cafe and convenience store. My kids love those books and board games in their twin bed room. All rooms are clean and tidy, also kitchen is well equipped for cooking.

The only thing that went wrong was the British Weather - and fortunately when we were stuck indoors we were more than happy. There are numerous board games and books also a full cabinet of dvds to watch.

As soon as we walked in the place we felt at home. Everything we needed was there. After we settled in, I immediate booked it again for a later date. The whole place was spotlessly clean. The owners were very responsive to any messages we relayed. What's not to love about a little vintage caravan - in a private road - a 30 second walk to the beach.

Couldn't fault anything.

The static van was first class, comfy, spotlessly clean, everything that we could possibly have wanted was there. The owners Mark and Alison, were really helpful, , easy instructions to find the location. We were sent the key code in plenty of time. Perfect. Hope to return again before too long.

A bit cold at night but it was November and a cold weekend.

Great location just behind the beach,we went in November so it was a bit cold despite using the available heaters.all very clean and obviously a well loved caravan. Great communication from the owners.

No complaints whatsoever

First time we stayed in a caravan and it was a great experience. The owner had provided everything you could need. There was, coffee, tea and biscuits, towels, shampoo etc. The whole caravan is comfortable and spotlessly clean. We would certainly stay there again
