The holder for the shower head in our room was broken, wouldn't stay up so you had to hold the shower itself.

Location was great, and the room was lovely and good value for money.

We had an amazing stay at the Hebden townhouse. The location is near the centre and easy to reach from the train station by foot, too. The room was very spacious and clean. The highlight was the spacious bathroom with its bathtub! Even there is no staff at the check in, we felt very welcomed by the mails in advance and the self-check-in went smooth! Questions were answered in a short time! The breakfast was generous for continental, from pancake, boiled eggs, crumpets to croissants and cereals. We loved that there was vegan options as oatmilk or fresh fruits too. Also we could store our luggage in the breakfast room after check out, which was convenient. Thanks for a nice stay!

Absolutely stunning property! I would definitely recommend to others. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Hebden Bridge after my stay here. Gorgeous bedrooms & lovely breakfast.

Bathroom outdated and could do with a real deep clean - not particularly dirty but lots of limescale, water marks and worn features on the shower and toilet

It didn't bother us, but as it's a central location, there are a couple of bars/pubs with quite loud music nearby which might bother light sleepers. It's the UK though so they close pretty early.

Absolutely huge room with a lot of attention to detail, this was definitely a boutique experience with nice touches such as complimentary pastries on offer. Location was really nice and the continental breakfast was rich, varied, and plentiful. The self check-in worked flawlessly and communications from the hotel were good. Excellent Thai restaurant opposite the place too. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location for all the bars & restaurants. A 2-minute walk to The Trades Club. Rooms modern & comfortable; good shower room. Staff very pleasant. Continental breakfast was well presented with good options.

Parking was a pain, but we arrived on a Sunday open market day, and the town was absolutely buzzing.

Immaculate hotel. Luxury comfortable bed, and a quiet room. Breakfast was lovely with multiple choices from the buffet style presentations. Easy walking distance to the town, and 300 yards to the pay and display car park. We really couldn't fault the hotel.

This is subjective as I knew the location of the property when I made the booking but it is located on the main road and next door to 2 pubs which if you are a light sleeper then bring some earplugs but if you like a drink then this is the place for you.so this isn't really a criticism it's more so you can make an informed choice.

The hotel is right in the heart of Hebden Bridge, our room looked across to the canal and the valley. The check in process was easy, the staff were really friendly and the room was clean and comfy.
