Kitchen knives need sharpening, but if that is the only thing I have to say that is pretty good haha.

Lots of small touches such as spare personal products to use, great glassware and great decoration. It was very clean and clearly well looked after.

Lovely little cottage, very clean and had everything you could think of. Our granddaughters were tickled pink by their room and the quaintness of the cottage. Parking was great (cottage has it's own driveway/parking space). Free wifi. Good mobile signal. Very child-friendly. Ten mins from Great Yarmouth, so close enough and far enough away. Bewilderwood about 15 miles away. We stayed for three nights so there was plenty to do and see. Loads more in that neck of the woods for families on holiday to do and see. Loved it!

As warned in the literature the house isn't entirely suitable for tall people which is fine we have been before and were aware. But this also included the bed which was quite small (despite the room not being small) with an incredibly soft mattress and a super thick duvet was a little like sleeping in a marshmallow, was not comfortable at all.

The staircase was very tricky and almost unsafe.

It's right off the highway. So can't really have a walk around. But quite close to most of the beaches and The Broads. Very neatly maintained house fully stocked.

The 6ft men in the family found the ceilings and door frames a little too low.

Quirky little cottage. Very homely and clearly loved by the owner. Very well equipped with some complimentary goodies to enjoy. Lovely little cottage garden. Peaceful and tranquil setting. So handy for our short visit to family who live nearby. Good location for exploring the local area.

Kitchen could do with a microwave. Stairs to bedrooms require some negotiation but you are warned!

Lovely qwerky cottage, good location for accessing the coast and the broads. Nice secluded enclosed garden with comfy outdoor furniture. Home from home feel with good range of Toiletries, kitchen utensils board games etc. Lovely decor and finishing touches

The staircase was very tricky to negotiate. No microwave to re-heat leftovers. The shower was a potential death trap, as no bath mat was provided on what was an extremely slippery shower pan. A Wi-Fi connected TV was available in the sitting room, but could not be paired with the Wi-Fi access point.

There was a nice theme to the decor, trinkets and fittings in the house. Parking was as described, and adequate for two cars. Area was nice and quiet. The property was spotlessly clean. A DVD player was provided, which is always useful, perhaps a small collection of DVDs or BlueRays could also have been made available. Loads of board games in the towel cupboard for rainy days, luckily our stay was bright sunshine.

The stairs are typical cottage stairs so very small treads which makes going to the loo downstairs at night quite difficult. Not an issue for us but maybe a problem for anyone with any mobility issues

The front bedroom the bed was very noisy as you turned over in the night,it was a little bit smaller then imagined ,the stairs was small and very steep apart from that everything was amazing and had an incredible stay 🙂

I liked how clean the house was,it was cozy ,it was amazing and everything was provided. Great location as it was in the middle of hemsby and great yarmouth. It was lovely and peaceful.

lovely little cottage in an ideal location for us. beautiful and clean, wedding venue 15 mins walk and pub 20 mins walk, some nice coast 15 mins drive
