there was a mix up with the hot tub access and when I raised concerns we needed access to this for the day of check in they got someone to sort this out and gave us a free bottle of wine for the inconvenience

the ground and surroundings are stunning and the restaurant is beautifully decorated overlooking the vineyard

The breakfast. It was expensive and very underwhelming.

The breakfast was overpriced; it should have been much better. The food was poor, and the coffee was awful.

Stayed a second night and didn’t get extra tea bags, toilet rolls or towels.

Booked literally on the day as we had another holiday cancel last minute! We loved our stay and decided to stay for a second night! The breakfast was lovely in a gorgeous winery with amazing views. Staff were lovely. We were the only ones staying so lovely and quiet. Kids loved it. Beds were so comfy. Bathroom was very big for glamping and room was very clean. Hot tub was more hassle than it was worth. If my husband wasn’t with us I would have had no idea how to heat it. The fridge is full of wine and soft drinks but there is no price list. There is a fee for the items as we were asked if we had anything from the mini bar when we checked out.

Give us a bit more of a heads up before we arrive for food options if not eating at restaurant? Appreciate you’re keen for everyone to do so and had we been without kids we would have but wouldn’t have attempted it with them, they would have disturbed everyone else’s lovely peaceful meal!

Breakfast was wonderful, views are stunning, accommodation is beautiful.

The shower slightly flooded the bathroom.

A fabulous 40th stay glamping. The safari tents were ample size, clean, and set in the most stunning surroundings if directly facing the vineyards. The restaurant, food & service were of high standards, the roof terrace during the day & evening added that bit extra to our stay. The wine tasting tour experience I'd highly recommend it certainly completed our stay. Overall very good value for money.

No heated floor as it didn't work, sliding door broke, maintaince for the shower poor as my partner had to try and drain it whilst in the shower as the water wouldn't drain, bath hot water ran hot for 7 mins then went to cold, the breakfast was disgusting, and there's no t.v in the main room or bedrooms, the fire kept going out no matter how big we got ot, ot didn't last long. Hot tub ok but when fire goes out goes cold very quickly. . And far from the centre.

The bed as it was comfy

We could not get the hot tub to a very warm temperature. We were a little late getting into it, which is our fault, but it didn't seem like the bottom bit had warmed up. We put wood on it and tried opening the lid more etc. There is probably a knack to this though and we had a great time in it regardless! :)

We booked a table at the restaurant and the food was exceptional. The lodge itself was gorgeous, just made me wish we had more people with us to use the beds! The little stove was perfect and so therapeutic to use. The views are beautiful and I can't wait to return, especially with kids maybe!

It was a shame the hot tub was such an extra added expense if we wanted to use it. Also that we had to give them notice before arriving if we wanted to use it. We would of liked to of used it in the end but didn’t add the extra £50 cost on because wasn’t sure we’d of had the time. Food In restaurant seemed very expensive too. This was the only downfall to our stay.

really lovely and unique stay. great facilities!

Just the bunk bed mattress was a little lumpy but otherwise everything was amazing. Make sure all the beds have a heated blanket as the high cabin bed did not have one so my daughter got cold during the early hours but on the positive wrapped up in the two duvet covers supplied.

The site was Beautiful and the Glamping was great, all the beds seemed comfy apart from the bunk bed which was a little lumpy but otherwise the stay was great. Hot tub was great and heats up very easily.
