For starters the drain in the shower didnt work. We later found out it was full of hair. Not a strand or two but full enough for the water to basically not drain, at all. The floors i’m pretty sure were also not swept before arival. Also one of the toilet paper rolls were used. Not used like a few pieces taken out but covered in sauce or something like that. Also there was no staff. Maybe because it was a weekend but either way there was no staff.

Comfy bed, good kitchen, enough space for 2 people. Nice mini fridge.

The great amenities and room done out exceptionally. Biggest problem was traffic noise as room was on main road. Three big windows which were double glazed but did not filter the noise. For me to rent in future something must be done for the noise at night.

Parking was difficult. the duvet on the bed was very small and you could hear everything outside and from the inside of the building

The room was nice and has everything we needed, looked nice, was cozy and modern, loved the kitchen in a cupboard. Shower / bathroom was really nice

The room was clean, tidy, and looks newly refurbished. I liked the check-in/out process through getting your room's card from a box with a password. The location is OK, with acceptable range if restaurants. Accessible public transportation.

We were on the -1 level, and there was a slight smell of sewage in our room. However, everything was very clean, very comfortable, and very modern! I recommend it; great value for the price.

Could benefit from a foldable tiny table to avoid eating in standing or in bed and a small bathroom carpet as the floor was really cold.

Good connection to city. Easy access to apartment. Private bathroom and a nice small kitchenet for preparing breakfast and a guick snack. Really liked our stay.

On arrival we had wished to have an early check in ,only to find out it would cost £10 per hour which would have been £30 , this was quite steep we thought. Otherwise our stay was absolutely lovely

The right window didn't lock, when we tried to lock it, it didn't quite sit in properly. The light in the kitchenette didn't turn off, and was quite bright. The road was a little loud, but that was fine, you expect that in a city. The room didn't have a safe, even though the listing said one would be provided.

Easy to follow instructions, nice and easy. Tidy and modern, with everything you'd need. Reasonably priced car park near by.

Well, sound isolation in some rooms is not good. You can hear a noise, coming outside from the road. The room is very small and the doors in the corridor are very close to each other, so you can hear everything. It is annoying a little bit if your neighbors return too late and make a noise

It was easy to access the hotel from the St. Pancras train station. Even in the beginning, it was a little bit complicated to make a self-check-in, but finally, it has been done. The room was tidy, with a fully equipped kitchenette, a comfortable bed, and a good shower. The area is not bad, with a Turkish supermarket and a Co-op in 3-5 min walking, so I could buy everything for breakfast. I recommend this small apart-hotel and will definitely to come again.
