We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandLocation was ok but not as good as expected. Walls are super thin and ypu can hear absolutely everything. Doors to each apartment were slammed all the time. I would suggest to find a solution. Other than than it was okay.

United KingdomThe check in was late because the room still hadn't been cleaned. Guests in the room next door were smoking Cannabis and when this was was raised with the hotel via messaging nothing was done. Its only value for Money in terms of comfort and facilities but not in terms of rest as there were a number of late night noise disturbances. Good thing the stay was for only 1 night!
It has all the basic facilities you need and a mini kitchen too including a microwave, toaster and a kettle. There is also an iron and the room is in a good location in West Hendon.

United Kingdom1. When I arrived the fridge did not work. They fixed it the next day, however, I had to throw away the cheese I had with me. 2. The blinds did not work. I informed them the second day but they did not fix them. 3. The room did not have any cups I had to ask for them. Also did not have glasses, kitchen towel etc. 4. In the photos of the listing it is shown they provide coffee and tea but nothing. 5. The listing did not write anything that the room is semi-basement. When you enter the building it is ground floor but not the room I was given that was at the back of the building. 6. The listing shows large windows. However, the room had only a small skylight, as a result there was no natural light, no fresh air and I did not feel safe because there was no emergency exit. 7. The third day the keycard did not work. They blamed me - instead of apologising - because I made a last minute booking. If they do not like last minute bookings they should not accept them. Also, in my case I had already stayed for two days and if there was a problem with my keycard they could fix it early. I had to make international calls not only the property but also booking.com because they do not reply at calls. There are several other problems I could write but there is no reason.
