There was what sounded like a fan constantly on, but I didn’t speak to them about it so just put ear plugs in. Not a lot of places to hang towels.

Great location, beautiful property. Breakfast was good, had to book a time slot. We were in the main building in the annex. Room was nice, good shower and comfy bed, with tea/coffee, bottles of water, plus iron and ironing board.

Unable to charge phones over night as electrical sockets seemed to be linked to one of the light switches. Not explained at check in and made train journey the next morning (tickets were on our phones) more stressful than anticipated.

A bit too smell and there was no bedside table one side although there was room for one. Also the toilet roll had a sharp edge which in my opinion was dangerous, a larger person would definitely find it hard to avoid catching their self on it. Completely unnecessary had an ordinary toilet roll hold been there. Just a coat hook to gang clothes on. No wardrobe

Slow-moving lift. But it's just an opportunity to slow life down a little and smell the (imaginary) roses...

Amazingly friendly staff: Rakeev, Saurabh and the team are just the most friendly, professional, and welcoming hotel team you could hope to find - they have an incredible 'can-do' attitude and are one of the main reasons we return to this establishment.

Well my room was 40mt walking distance from checking and breakfast, but was ok.

Location, super close to city centre, restaurants and shopping. Very elegant road!

Breakfast is basic, but okay. Only order, no buffet. The room wasn't really clean, a bit old and overpriced. It's certainly not a 4 stars hotel, rather 3 stars. The staff at the reception were rather unfriendly. One of them was really pushing us multiple times to write a great 9+ review, we felt very uncomfortable. The day after we received an e-mail asking again for a 10 stars review. Reviews should be honest (as I am writing now :-)!

I think they're renovating some of the rooms one by one and my room smelt quite strongly of paint. Not a major problem as I did get used to it but I would've preferred a room without the smell.

Location is great and within walking distance of everywhere I needed to go. The Staff were very helpful and attentive. Room was a great size, very comfortable bed, nice and clean and with good amenities like toiletries, hairdryer and tea and coffee, with complimentary biscuits! I would definitely stay again.

We choose a, small cosy room which was lovely and had a, huge bathroom with a bath. Our choice would be for a larger room next time but that's just personal choice.

Cold service from staff, when we left our bags at the hotel after the check out they didn't put any tags on the suitcases. There was no room to keep the bags, they were just left in the hall, it didn't look safe

Located close to Pultney Bridge. Many restaurants and cafe nearby. Near to city yet quiet at night. I was staying at the traditional part of the hotel. Initially I was given a cramped and small room. I requested for a change of room and was upgraded to a spacious room without extra costs the next day. Kudos to the team!

There was no place to seat down in the room apart from the bed and the TV was situated in an angle that it made it difficult to watch . The Tv was not working and the staff apologised and said that the repair was going to be done on the next morning .

The breakfast was served in a nice and clean area and the menu had many options to choose from. The hotel is situated in an excellent location and very near the town centre and the train station
