Fridge had a lot of left over food from previous guests. Some of it was spoiled and well past its use -by date.It would be helpful if staff check fridges often and removed any leftover items.

    A good supply of cereals,breakfast bars,bread etc.Fully equipped kitchen.

Place seemed like a student bed sit . People leaving early and slamming doors . There where items left for you to make your own breakfast. But just toast and cereal .

Room was clean . Shower still had old shower and shampoo from Previous person

However..we've stayed with you a few times now but this time it seemed like the upkeep of the place wasn't up to scratch like it usually is. Nothing major but a few things we noticed that have deteriorated since our last visit.

    Always Lovely to stay there

Potentially very satisfactory, value for money B&B if the matters above were addressed

It was advertised as parking available. But this meant street parking. At my visit there was no nearby parking available and the only space was on restricted parking which meant getting up early to move the car. There was no notice on the front door to advertise the B&B. The TV in the room was modern but not tuned to freeview. I had to set it up myself. The internet access on the TV was not available without using ones own personal passwords etc. Breakfast limited self service

A lot of effort had clearly been made to recently renovate the property. The facilities were generally modern stylish and efficient. The staff members when spoken to on the phone and at the property were friendly and helpful, but not easily contactable. The price would have been very reasonable if a few matters were sorted out.

Perhaps some glasses either for the room or in the kitchen would have been a good idea and some juice in the fridge for breakfast. The kitchen wasn't the cleanest but I fear this may have been down to other guests leaving the place a mess eg half eaten pot noodle on the side first thing in the morning Bath sheets would have been a great touch instead of towels but the towels were lovely and fluffy anyway. My only real complaint was a drunk man across the road shouting for 30 minutes and a lady outside talking very loudly both at 2am but that's what happens in a residential area and can't be helped!

Although you can't tell its a b&b from the outside, the rooms have been completed to a good standard. Very pleasant stay. The room had everything we could have needed and was very clean Comfortable bed, free standing fan provided which was very welcomed in this heat. Bathroom had toiletries. Breakfast is a serve yourself job from the kitchen to eat at the breakfast bar. Had cereal, bread to toast, jams, chocolate spread etc, eggs, hot drink options, cereal bars and some pre packed pain au chocolat etc Some people have mentioned the parking issues but I arrived on a Saturday evening and parked less than 50 metres from the front door with other spots available along the street. TV had Netflix which was most welcome as a lot of hotels have this disabled. It's less than a 5 minute walk from asda and tesco plus a decent pub on the dock very close for food

Super friendly stopover for our group cycling trip. Clean and comfortable rooms. Secure storage for our bikes. We took the optional extra cooked breakfast that was offered when we arrived. Paul and Luke cooked a superb full breakfast for us to set us on our way.

Parking is on a road where there's a lot of cars parked either side. This is a functional place to stay, not somewhere with a view,

Very comfortable bed, good sized room, great shower and good wifi. I also loved the kitchen and seating area ... might not be to everyone's taste as it's more like being in someone's home or great student digs but I really liked that. I'll definitely be coming back when I'm in Pembroke.

    1. Unpleasant smell in front hallway which might indicate a problem with e.g. a mouse having got in and died behind the skirting board or panelling somewhere; but no similar problem in the bedroom. 2. The ventilator under the window (in Room 1) is perhaps a hangover from the days of the open fireplace. It gave a very cold draught across the floor which I blocked with a cushion!

Breakfast provision was quite good, but I would have liked to see more wholemeal options in the bread and cereals offered.

No signage outside property, so was driving around (along Park Street) trying to locate it, and needed to call the owner to find it, Residential street, so might not find parking immediately outside the B&B.

Very nice room, quiet, spacious, light. Good self serve breakfast.

The garden looked very poor. Needed a clear out.

The bedroom was spotless and clean , nice fresh deco.with a lovely ensuite which was also spotless. Bed was very comfortable and slept really well. Would stay again for sure. The host was really friendly. Overall fantastic value for money. Parking wasn't a problem we always found a space in the same street as B&B. My daughter who 15 had her own room and had no complaints, beautifully clean and spacious. It was a continental breakfast and there was plenty on offer, lovely Breakfast bar to enjoy breakfast. If I had any issues the mirror in room could do with replacement for a better quality 1 and the garden needs a good clear out. but Iam being really picky now. Would most definitely stay again.

It was considered a B&B ... but you have to prepare your own breakfast. That's not what I would expect. Especially at this price. (Wouldn't book a room with breakfast, where I have to cook eggs on my own... better book without and eat out)

Staff was really helpful, tried to make the best out of this apartment. Helped us with the parking situation and was available by mobile phone at any time.

Room poor aesthetics - random purple curtains, random pink rug - none of which match the orange/white bedding. Bed was very uncomfortable En-suite is not separate from the room in the sense the back of the exhaust vents into the bedroom. Despite it being a newly done property it wasn’t cleaned well - there was dust found in the corners of the room. Kitchen is meant to be self service which does offer limited resources - we were not shown anything in the kitchen properly or what was dedicated to breakfast, could just see a few things on display - baked beans, cereals, snacks. It was a case of opening cupboards/fridge to see what other edibles and utensils are available. Breakfast is meant to be cold - the night before at 11:55pm they had abundant cereals and approx 8 cans of baked beans as well. By morning 8am all of the baked beans were gone!! Just cereal and snacks left - there should be rationing so that all customers get a fair amount. We ended up going to McDonald’s for breakfast. For what the accommodation offered it was on the pricey side.

Flexible check-in time Off street parking available nearby McDonald’s, wilko, B&M available close by Room came with a hanger rail, desk, smart TV, kettle/coffee, and a fan!

Having to make my own breakfast which wouldn't have been so bad had there been bacon, sausages, tomatoes, mushrooms etc. Also the extractor fan in the bathroom went on for far to long.
