We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomWe were disappointed that the parking permit was no longer included with the booking and that we were only told a couple of days before our holiday that this had been discontinued. As we have visited Wells before and know how difficult and expensive it is to park there, this was one of the primary reasons that we chose this apartment.
The flat was in a great location on the quayside. It was warm, really comfortable and had good facilities. Everything we needed was a lovely stay was at there.

United KingdomThe continuing humming noise from the restaurant extractor was something we didn’t expect.Bearable during the day as we were hardly in the flat, but in the evening it was annoying and it was difficult to get to sleep.It did go off at night but one morning it started up at 5!

We were incredibly impressed with Herons Hideaway. Its very rare when your accommodation is way better than the photos! Loved the whole place and were thrilled with the hamper and dressing gowns. Lovely and quiet and in the perfect location. Would definitely be staying here again and have recommended it to our friends and family.

The location was fantastic. Just walk out of the door & the harbour is there. The apartment was well stocked & had everything we wanted & needed. If was comfortable & more than enough room for the two of us. The Welcome hamper was very welcomed
