What I didn’t like is on arrival to the property, I was informed that the jacuzzi was nonexistent, this made my stay disappointing.

The reason I booked this property was to enjoy the comfort of the jacuzzi.

The meal on Sunday!

Excellent and. Comfortable room, good breakfast. The fish & chip evening bar meal we had on Sunday was not good. Fish was Overcooked and not value for money.. we mentioned this to the staff. This was disappointing as we had eaten there on the Saturday and enjoyed it.

The bed was a very small double and I ended up sleeping on the tiny couch as we were expecting a twin room and just couldn’t fit in the bed.

The refurbished dog friendly room was beautifully done and the spa was really restful. Breakfast was fun with a pancake machine.

Very irritating that you have to go to reception with your room key to exchange it for a Spa door key pointless why can’t they just activate it on your room key. Double beds only in dog friendly rooms, well supposedly double, very small not really big enough for two adults, shame Premier Inn don’t take dogs much better beds.

Spa facilities good, bit dark. Dog walking area adequate. Breakfast OK staff friendly.

Breakfast choices was a little limited and parts of the breakfast such a scrambled eggs was under supplied, additionally, the pancake machine was very good if only it didn't breakdown every 1 or 2 pancakes. Also there was no coffee!

Swimming pool was really beautiful really enjoyed my swim in there. Also, amazing hash browns during breakfast. Finally the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

I had expected housekeeping to tidy my room after the first night but they didn’t. A newspaper preference was requested but no paper was provided

Room was large and very nice. Also very clean. Bathroom was great with both fixed and hand held shower heads. Breakfast was good with unlimited continental selection as well as cooked breakfast options and beverages.

14 emails for a 1 night booking - and most of them were incorrect - there is no on line check in!

Some of the SPA facilities were broken (from one of the regulars I've been told it's been that way for a while, but we were never told that before booking).

The bed was big and very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, but dated and felt more like having a shower in a care home. We went because we wanted a SPA day (didn't book treatments). The sauna and steam room are tine, and the jacuzzi didn't work, so couldn't really take full advantage of the SPA. Shame really.

Paid 250 pound for a king size bed room nice but didn’t expect to spend a romantic nite in bed with my wife sleeping not in a king size bed but on two single beds with a big topper very very disappointed plus’s room service not available not happy especially after pay the price that we did
