Slight shower hot water issue, but I'm sure that has been resolved.

Location was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful even when we finally got back there in the early hours, and finally the breakfast was really worth getting up for.

Noise from the club/dance partners honestly the only thing that let this place down, we absolutely loved everything else. Now it wasn’t loud enough to not be able to sleep btw, it was just loud enough to hear it and be in the room.

The decor was absolutely fabulous, the staff were just lovely, the rooms had everything one would need. We just loved it here, would stay again if we can get rooms away from the noise.

I have written a review on hotel website already. I was in room 206, avoid it as there is a generator outside the bedroom window. Generator on all the time! Room small, bed fine, television control not working properly, on and off has to be controlled by switching off plug on the wall! Good location for hotel and fine breakfast

It was quite noisy at night time - this didn’t bother us as we were out being social anyway, but if you were hoping for a quiet night this wouldn’t be a great place to stay on a Saturday night.

Breakfast serving staff are always as miserable as sin, which isn't the best start to the day. Fairly polite but misssserable! The air con unit buzzing outside my room kept me awake most of the night, and the pillows were not comfortable at all. I won't be staying in room 105 again - AVOID IT!

The breakfast and room was great, superb location in the centre of town. Meal the night of my stay was great! Reception staff are always very friendly, and welcoming, nothing being too much trouble.

Shame we were given the room with disabled bathroom, broken tiles on the wall, not very glamorous. No one showed us to our room although plenty of staff milling around. The lift button was broken. Although we were rung 1 week before our stay to say there would be noise below us from the bar and restaurant until 2am we weren't told that the room we were allocated had an industrial vent outlet making noise 24/7 outside the window. The view outside the windows from the room wasn't great either....such a shame, all this made the room price of £177 per night, well over the top. Sadly this hotel doesn't come up to the standard of their pricing, I would be hard pushed to recommend it.

Pitch dark in lift literally. Did venture down into basement club and no draught lager. Brought 2 bottles of semi cold Corona for £9 which we left after first mouthful.
