Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

ItalyThe carpet on the floor it seemed quite dirty and the pillows quite old and not so comfortable.
The location of the hotel is great, in the centre of Liverpool and in a nice area close to restaurants and shops. The room was cozy, it had a very nice tea/coffee station and clean bathroom. The mattress was also soft and comfortable.

Great location, friendly staff. Decent sized twin room which was clean & comfortable. Room had a small fridge, tea/coffee facilities, safe & ironing board. Nice bathroom with a good shower.

Friends on a night out for one night . Absolutely perfect location didn't need anything g more than a clean bed and a shower .it was more than adequate.. Lovely clean towels and good bed linen.with coffee and tea facilities in the toom with a perfect breakfast next door to the left of the hotel to finish our stay over. Will be back.

United KingdomThe bathroom fan was loud and constantly on- although there was a note to say you could ask for it to be turned off, I didn’t notice it until I was in bed and it was very late so I didn’t bother and still managed to sleep fine. I couldn’t find the hairdryer! There was no liquid hand soap, only a bar- I had to buy my own. I thought this was unusual as I’ve never been to a hotel that didn’t have it! Maybe not a disadvantage for everyone but I don’t feel as hygienic with bar soap.
Friendly staff, comfortable bed, good tea selection in the room and a little packet of biscuits. We were on floor 3 and we didn’t experience any noise. Plenty of space with a chair and desk in the room. TV has Netflix which is really nice. Location is good, very central.

We loved the location. Having upgraded to the "plush" room we had an ironing board and iron, a proper hairdryer and mini fridge with a few complimentary items. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely return.
