Everything about this trip was perfect. The cabin itself is charming & everything you need is provided. The location is idyllic & so peaceful, waking up to the most breathtaking views.

The weather could have been better!!! It was torrential rain over night, and consequently it made it very muddy and squelchy. But the weather is nothing that can be altered. The Cabin was very comfortable for the two of us.

Beautiful cabin, spotlessly clean, very comfortable in idyllic location close to Church Stretton. Very quiet with lovely views all around.

The tail end of Hurricane Nigel meant a tree branch was blown against the cabin roof/wall just by the bed, so there was creaking during the night!

The perfect place to get away from it all & relax. However not too far from amenities in Church Stretton & interesting places to visit.

Amazing location, quiet, views, right next to footpaths All the special extras: the milk, butter, bread & jam provided for our first breakfast, the toiletries, the decor, the info file provided by the owner, the maps of local walks etc. We felt really welcome and well looked after.

The location is excellent for a quiet break, the facilities are as expected and clean. The owner has thought of everything so all the bits and pieces you need when taking a quiet break are there, the location is ideal for walking and so quiet!

I found the sofa bed to be too low to sit on so I struggled to get up but there is a normal height armchair. Other than this I found nothing else to dislike.

The cabin is located in a tranquil setting that is ideal for unwinding after a hectic week at work. The host had thoughtfully provided some provisions. The cabin is well laid out and the foot path through fields next to the cabin is a bonus for my dog.

Nestled high up in the Shropshire Hills the cabin is very special. Ideal place to relax and re-focus on life! Nature is all around you with abundant birdsong, woodlands and occasional deers. Excellent base for walkers with stunning countryside. The wooden cabin is clean, private, well equipped and a a joy to stay in. Looking forward to returning soon. Thank you Clae

Hidden gem in the stunning Shropshire hills. A really beautiful little cabin that caters to your every need. Extremely friendly host, Clae, who thoughtfully left a very generous welcome package which was much appreciated. Came to relax and walk in the peace and quiet of nature and I couldn’t have picked a better place.

The property was spotless, had everything you could ask for! I was able to cook using the cooker, toaster and microwave. The tranquil view from the doorway made my evenings very relaxing. The only thing I heard were the sounds of nature, birds chirping with a regular Robin as a daily visitor. Such a peaceful place to stay situated within reach of nearby towns. I would highly recommend and wish to return! the host was very welcoming.

The cabin is actually in the back garden of the owners house, however due to cleverly done photos, you can't tell, you wouldn't want to leave the stable door open as the owners house windows look directly in. We were told that there would be basics (eggs/bread/milk) however there wasn't anything, the WIFI also didn't work and the owner wasn't actually there it was another person house sitting which made us quite uncomfortable because it wasn't who we were expecting. The garden was in need of some TLC also. There is a small cupboard with herbs/spices/small tins but most were out of date. There were also quite a lot of dead bugs and mess around the windows inside, which wasn't very pleasant. Another thing is there are 0 curtains/blinds in the main part of the cabin, and people walk through the fields and as you're in their back garden you are really quite exposed we personally found it quite uncomfortable. You need to be mindful that you really are in the middle of nowhere, and driving there is quite an excursion, you have absolutely 0 phone signal and as the WiFi doesn't work you're quite secluded.

It was very cute & cosy astheticly, it had the necessities to cook & clean with. The views were pretty from the cabin & well furnished. Mostly, very well thought out interior decor & functionality.
