Did get quite warm at night and air con hard to work/come on. Given the location and the night (Saturday) it was noisy till 2 am but if it wasn’t a busy night it would have been quieter

The car park was to far away so we used the multi story car park in stead but not a problem

As a 50 something woman the room was a very warm and there was no fan but I opened the windows before I went out to a concert and the room was a good temperature when I got back. I suspect had my husband stayed with me we might have struggled for space with our luggage but it was perfect for me.

I stayed on my own and the room was perfect for me. The shower room was nice with a fab shower. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great. I liked the addition of ear plugs (I had forgotten my own) which although town was very quiet at that time, meant I didn't hear the bells of the nearby Trinity Church. The use of a code to get into both the building and my room meant I didn't need to remember keys and the lift to take me to the second floor was greatly appreciated. The location was perfect for me going to a concert at the Connexin building.

In our opinion everything was perfect. The keyless access process worked extremely well and pre-stay communications were relevant and clear. Our second floor apartment (there is a lift) was quiet and full of thoughtful touches. We found the bed to be very cosy, the bathroom excellent and the kitchen/lounge area ideal. We would definitely choose to stay here again if visiting Hull.

Everywhere was spotless. Only negative comment is the grouting in the shower needed a scrub hence lost a few points for that. But our comments were well received when pointed out to the cleaning staff.

Very comfortable bed and good space for a studio. Kitchenette well designed everything you could need in a small space. Nice touches including underfloor heating was already on, radio playing and nice variety of teas and freshly ground coffee. Although only two small windows the room felt cosy rather than dark. Great bathroom, very spacious and well designed. Hideout Parking is extra £8 and a five minute walk - would use the multistorey carpark across the road next time £9.50. Great location, easy walking distance from Museum quarter, the Deep, great food eg Hearth and Trinity market Hall literally 2 minutes away.

It was a little noisy at night with people on the street but not unexpected given location

Location is fantastic. Right in the middle of the old town with easy walk to all major sights. Accommodation was modern, quality and super tidy.

Had an issue with the parking as my entrance code wouldn't work, difficulty in getting this resolved, as no one answered the phone. Parking described as a five minute walk. It's a good five minutes.

Great location, right in the centre of Hull. Lots of nice places to eat and drink within minute walk. Property was lovely and clean nice comfortable beds. Would happily stay there again.

Perfect stay. Enya was a dream to deal with. Full of information, recommendations of places to eat and drink and suggestions of things to do. The apartment had everything you need, was immaculately clean and we all slept really well. will definitely use again. Well worth the money. Keep it up team. 😁

One of the entry codes didn’t work on arrival Water was cold for a shower (apartment 14) and the thermostat was working as instructed It wasn’t the church bells that were noisy but people leaving in the middle of the night and banging on friends doors to wake them up, but it was out of the control of the apartment owners! The car park is about a 5 minute walk away for information

Staying at this apartment hotel was an absolute delight! The location couldn't have been better – it was fantastic! The apartment itself was stunning, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. It truly felt like a home away from home, with its immaculate cleanliness and cozy atmosphere. The bed was not only huge but also incredibly comfy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. And don't even get me started on the bath – wow! It was unbelievably relaxing, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a wonderful getaway experience.

No sponge for cleaning up pots even though we did have washing up liquid. We didn't have a dishwasher, so was strange/inconvenient we didn't have a sponge. Also, didn't get a kitchen towel for drying pots. The fridge was a bit smelly and needed a bit of a clean.

Lovely layout of the room. Fantastic instructions for getting in the building and room. Such a great location!! We thoroughly enjoyed it and would love to stay again.
