Pictures made the room a lot bigger but it was tiny - a squash for 2 adults and my 17 year old son. No Air conditioning and whilst I appreciate were were there on one of the hotest weekends, it was too hot in such a small space.

Smell in the apartment. Yes we were told no lifts but would be better to have known how many flights of stairs so could have packed into smaller trolleys . Could improve by having mugs for tea/ coffee instead of glasses. Hooks on the inside of bathroom.

Overall Everything was great including central location, cleanliness, comfy mattress, free WiFi. Liked the toiletries including having toner and makeup remover pads very thoughtful. Also it was good to have 2 fans as it was a very warm day.

There is no extras, but we knew this anyway so no surprises there! Upper floor rooms preferable as lower ones can be a little noisy.

Great location and rooms clean and in-room facilities good, coffee and tea and small fridge. Have been back multiple times when visiting family. Lovely bathroom shampoo, soap etc.

Very noisy at night, seemed to be a depot opposite where vehicles were reversing in and out until after midnight BUT it was warm and our windows were open so maybe was a one-off, didn’t spoil the stay

Great central location, easy remote check-in but staff in office next door was so convenient to be able to store bags before and after check-in/out.

The colour on the walls could haven been brighter, as the flat is on the ground floor and rather dark. ;-) Because of the ground floor you didn't have much privacy as everybody passing could look in. So next time another floor ;-)

I liked the interior, modern, comfy and cosy. The Nespresso machine and also loved the products in the bathroom. Also very central (cafes, restaurants) and so close to the Roman Baths!

Too many stairs, misleading pictures you don’t get the top roof view u less you book penthouse, misleading don’t need to do that!

My biggest complaint... but not their fault but they should warn people... was the GPS directions aren't up to date with road closures, diversions and you can't just drive up to the spot, so we drove around in circles for 30 minutes.

No lift and noisy seagulls even at night.

Clean, modern amenities, good water pressure in shower with nice shower head. Quality bedding, nice view and prompt replies from staff when concerns come up.

Acoustics was a problem, the apartment has sash windows, so I could hear vans along the road with people talking loudly early hours of the morning. Plus there are loads of seagulls that are continuously vocal throughout the day and night. I could hear the people in the Penthouse above us walking and running around. It sounds extra load with the wooden floorboards. I was disappointed that, although there were two televisions in the room they did not have cable TV. So, no Netflix. That was a first on my journeys. It would have been nice if the appliances were checked prior to me arriving. The oven was not clean, and the coffee machine was really dirty inside with an old coffee pod in it. I was just put off from using it. Finally, in the communal area on each floor there were stains on the carpet, which is not pleasant. Perhaps a Jute rug to cover this would be nice.

This is a really nice apartment with quality furniture and appliances. The layout for this small room was spot on with crockery and pots and pans neatly tucked away. There is a sofa bed in the room, so overall the apartment is comfortable for 3 people, 4 at a squeeze. The furnishings are very modern. The main bed was extremely comfortable. The shower room is a good size. Great shower, I loved it. They have the Cowshed products to use which are really nice and you can purchase the range from Reception. It made the shower room smell amazing. There is a mini bar, but we did not use it. The paint colour throughout the rooms and communal areas makes the space appear very warm and cosy. The property is so close to all the attractions that I was interested in, so I did not need a tour bus to get around. There are also loads of retail shops, restaurants and coffee shops for all budgets. Waitrose is a short walk away. The apartment I was in is located on the 3rd floor, so it was nice that I was able to see on the opposite roof top a couple of seagulls and how they cared for their two chicks. Priceless moment. Please note there is no lift, I did not mind. However, it could be a struggle with loads of suitcases.

Very very noisy from nearby pubs and hostels. No air conditioning and unable to open windows for breeze because of the cigarette smoke wafting up throughout the night. The room itself smelt of cigarette smoke.

Single pane windows - as centrally located loud noise from outside was common into the late night early morning - this could be improved with additional double glazing set away from the single pane and so retain the lovely character and features.

Decor, snugness, central location, facilities - child loved the mezzanine bed!
