There was nothing to dislike.

Angela was very good and we were made welcome on arrival .breakfast was excellent. We wouldnt hesitate to stay again. For anybody walking it is an excellent base .

Bathroom door could do with shooting in a bit more at the handle as it hits the door lining and can be quite noisy at night,however,this may be due to fact that it is a converted cattle byre and can therefore suffer a lot of seasonal building movement as well we know from our farmhouse. Apart from that that little niggle nothing.

Breakfast at Greenside was one of the best that we have ever had at a B and B . Particularly liked the mixed mushrooms and thick bacon. In fact we enjoyed all of it and it really set you up for the day. The bed was also very comfortable and we slept like a log.

In the current Covid climate Angela went to great lengths to ensure her guests were safe which required precautions from her guests as well as herself. This was much appreciated. Her Breakfasts were exceptionally good ( especially the bacon! )

As the twin bed bedroom was directly above the kitchen/utility room, it was a little noisy at times

Angela was a lovely hostess, and the COVID-19 precautions, she had put in place, were excellent and very sensible. The location is brilliant and the vegetarian breakfasts were great 👍

The B&B is located in the middle of a breathtaking landscape. The view is fantastic, so lovely a quiet. First time in my life, I have seen a double rainbow. As soon as we get on the road leading to the B&B, I felt like in the movie ‘’The holiday’’, such a lovely relaxed feeling. The room was clean, nice and cosy. You have everything you need in your room, tea & coffee table with kettle, lots of different teas, coffee, hairdryer, tv, towels. Angela is a lovely and warm person. She made us feel very welcome at her B&B There is so much option for breakfast, and Angela was serving it every day at the exact time requested. Due to current virus circumstances, she has taken all the necessary steps to protect other guests and us. We have booked this place for three nights as we were working in this area. We are wedding videographers, so the idea was to work one day and stay two more days to relax. Unfortunately, the amount of work we had did not let us stay longer, and we had to return home earlier than we have planned. I wish we could stay there longer. We will return there one day for proper relaxation as the area is beautiful. If you are looking for a nice, relaxing place in a warm family atmosphere, this is your place to go.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The location was incredible! Beautiful views and sooo quiet. We were very fortunate to get a free upgrade as there'd been a cancellation, so we stayed in the family suite which we will book again for the private patio and views, so convenient for letting my little dog out. The breakfast has to be one of the best I've had, delicious,ample, superbly cooked.

The cooked breakfast each morning was very enjoyable. Angela and her staff ensured we were happy with everything. The accommodation was very clean with Covid measures being in place. It was a beautiful location in the heart of the countryside.

Stayed here for the 2 nights in the family room excellent views of the scenery from the patio. The property is set in a lovely peaceful location, very clean with very good facilities inside the room. I had the best nights sleep the bed was so comfortable I wish I could have taken it home with me. Breakfast was amazing there was a vast variety to choose from with fresh juice. The full English breakfast which we had we couldn’t fault and filled us for the full day. Angela was very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t fault our stay here and would definitely return.

Having booked a three night stay at High Greenside we didn't really know what to expect as this was a location and B&B we had not visited before. However, the hospitality was first class. The beds were comfortable and the breakfasts were really top notch. The team were helpful, happy and fun to chat with and overall our stay was very enjoyable. We very much hope/look forward to returning one day.

Maybe the rooms could be cleaned daily

Breakfast was excellent . a TYPICAL ONE TO SET YOU UP FOR RTHE DAY . The host was very friendly and was always willing to achieve the best for her guests . It was great to be able to feel unpressured about our plans for the day day and return in the evening or during the day .
