Absolutely nothing, everything was perfect!

Everything was very well thought out and perfectly equipped from the kitchen facilities to the bathroom toiletries. A lovely first glamping experience! Would definitely recommend as the setting was beautiful!!

Nothing it was perfect.

The site is very calm and has rolling countryside surrounding it with pheasants roaming all around the site. The Pods are immaculate with great facilities inside.

Not many negatives at all. Apart from it being ice cold when we arrived to our glamping pod. The heater took all night for the pod to heat up. Maybe have the heater on prior to guests arriving.

All though the bed was very comfy the sheets didn’t stay secure.

It was very well equipped, for short stay it was peaceful and beautiful views from the top, it’s a nice place to stay to visit Scarborough and surrounding areas, it was nice that we could bring our dog, who doesn’t get to see the great outdoors very often due to age, so this is why we chose you, we’ll definitely be booking again in the future. The glamping pod had everything that you could think of to make for a perfect stay.. The bed was very comfortable and the shower powerful. Lovely views and very peaceful location.

We literally just arrived and got confronted by a member of staff, asking if we'd parked on the grass. We hadn't, it was just a rubbish start to the holiday. We have a child with high needs so just going on holiday can be tricky for us. We didn't need to be spoken or shouted at on arrival. It really ruined the week for us. The pod bathroom was damp and had an odour to it. I realise this will be because of the tanks. But it wasn't nice after a few days.

The location is great and the site in general is great. With a fantastic farm shop and restaurant down the road.

The only concern was the bathroom being a wet room and there was no long squeezy to keep it dry and less smelly.

The cabin was immaculate and worked really well for myself and my niece. The bunk beds in the wall were a very clever idea to make use of the space.

The fridge got far too hot with a lack of ventilation.

Fairly dusty in some areas - in the fan and behind the headboard. Accidentally set of the smoke alarm when using the gas stove, tricky when doors are closed to ventilate. A giant spider but we didn’t mind him!

Everything you need fitted into one little pod, lovely surroundings, and feels secure. Staff called before my visit to check I knew how to check in and that milk tea and coffee was available! information was really clear from emails before visiting. Pods stayed pretty warm in the night which was surprising! Lovely spot for a sunset through the trees, and pods feel a nice enough distance away from each other. Great location to walk to 2 great local villages and drive to the seaside. Farm shop just next door too!
