It was a little bit of a pain going downstairs to the toilet in the middle of the night, but as soon as you melted back into the super comfy bed, slumber called!

We were the first people to stay in this holiday house and everything had just been modernised and was brand new. The house is very clean and the decor very 'chic', The moment you step in the front door you can feel the peaceful and relaxing ambiance that Andrew and his team have created. Although the house is in a slightly run down area of Redcar, it was very quiet, the neighbours are very friendly and it is an easy 3 minute stroll to the beach One of the most important things was that the beds were ultra comfy and fresh! ... .. Everyone slept soundly. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of cleaning fluids, a dishwasher and a washing machine The three upstairs bedrooms are all serviced by a bathroom with a shower, which although slightly small was nicely decorated, functional and included plenty of handwash and shampoo. The downstairs bedroom is very large, (originally a lounge), and has access to either the upstairs bathroom or a bathroom down in the basement, through the kitchen. All the bedrooms also included a hairdryer. All in all, Andrew has created a lovely 'homely feeling' holiday house that is close to all amenities, (Teeside's voted best fish and chip shop 2023 is literally at the end of the street!), is tastefully decorated and has extremely comfortable beds!
