The room was dated and needed some work.

The breakfast was lovely, hotel owners were lovely and very easy to speak to, it was comfortable and easy to find. Close to the pleasure beach so if you're planning on going there I would recommend.

Their was tooth picks and ear buds found under the beds that my young boys found. So just a more deep clean prior to next guests. And would recommend cleaner mugs provided with kettle in room.

Was given a ground floor room which was very ideal having a case and pram with my two kids 6 and 2 so wasn't struggling up stairs. The breakfast was included in the morning food was cooked very well and didn't take long to serve. Staff were friendly. Thank you for our stay affordable for our weekend visit x

Overall a pretty decent couple of nights stay.

No hand-towel in bathroom, we forgot to bring a towel (Towlie won't be happy..) so had to wipe our hands on a t-shirt. Also there is absolutely no phone signal inside the building (if on O2 anyway) and they don't currently offer wifi. So a bit of a dead-zone, but good if you want a digital detox or not bothered about accessing the internet or making calls.. There wasn't a lot of variety of choices for breakfast food/drink - however, given the fact it was part of a £30 a night deal I can't really grumble, what we had was decent enough. (Orange squash instead of fresh orange etc but again, it was fine).

Good location, very close to St Chads tram station. Beds were comfortable, more than adequate amount of pillows which is a huge plus! Friendly enough hosts. Room was clean. Nice en suite bathroom.

The push fit pipe from the toilet cistern had popped off so the toilet leaked on the first flush but nothing that pushing it back on didn't solve.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and breakfast was served quickly. The whole hotel was lovely and warm which was very helpful after getting soaking wet in the rain.

Nothing really. Maybe could do with WiFi but we had mobile data so didn't affect us really.

The staff were amazing! I have been coming to Blackpool for nearly 40 years so know what to expect when booking a cheap last-minute break in the school holidays. The Highbury Hotel exceeded my expectations and I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in town Bethany and Lily went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay, nothing was too much trouble and tbh I've stayed in 5* hotels and haven't received the hospitality I received here. Breakfast was lovely. Perfect for families. Fantastic staff

Charming staff, wonderful full British breakfast, great location, only a 2 minute walk to the tram, 12 min walk to sea life and town centre, quiet & safe neighbourhood, 2 min walk to the sea, tons of affordable fish&chips shops nearby, Lidl 12 min walk which is open till late. The Highbury is a quaint little B&B with loving cate to detail. Do not expect a 5 star posh hotel but a place run with love and making sure guests feel welcome. Rooms are small, simple and functional. The family room has a double and bunk bed and was fine for our family of 4 with two teenagers. Uber worked perfectly for exploring the area, also the Blackpool transport app helped us plan trips and lets you purchase a range of tickets. If looking for something to do, don't miss wild discovery at Ribby village offering lovely animal talks and encounters. Breakfast is between 9 and 10am, of you have any diatary requirements, let staff know. Basically there is a plate of full English breakfast, but you can pick what you'd like. Being vegetarian it was no problem to opt out of any meats. Vegan option includes beans, tomatoes and mushrooms. Coffee & tea is self service instant. So all in all most excellent value for money.

A greater selection of biscuits with the coffee in the room. Reason being we did not have time for the breakfast before attending a nearby event.

We had a warm welcome. Given a ground floor apartment. Quiet hotel and so had two good nights sleep. Everything was adequate for our business weekend in Blackpool.
