Nothing at all. The host went the extra mile to ensure we were safe,given the current South West Water issue,by providing bottled water in the room and bathroom which was reassuring. So my stay was not affected and I’ve returned home heathy and well.

The property is gorgeous in an amazing setting. The host is both friendly and discrete, always on hand to provide anything you need. He lit a fabulous fire each evening to make the lounge even more cosy.

Beautiful converted barn with comfortable bedroom, large en-suite and reception spaces for guest use with stunning views. Warm and welcoming host who was more than happy to help with local suggestions and directions. Excellent breakfast. Wish we had stayed a few nights longer and would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

The location was excellent and the quality of the building was also excellent. The property was decorated in a nice period style- only minor thing lacking was a chair in the lovely luxury bathroom. The hosts, Charlie and his wife were very friendly. The breakfast was also excellent. We ate out at local pub in the evenings and drank wine in front of a roaring log fire in a lounge reserved for guests use. We didnt get to use the excellent games room. We did leave a day early simply because the weather was so bad and the National Trust were closing their properties and walking in the area was wet and unpleasant.

Amazing location with walks and views only 14 mins by car from the ferry to Dartmouth. Really wonderful breakfast and an enthusiastic and helpful host. Narrow lanes but manageable even with the Sept 2023 floods. A great place to stay. Many thanks. Peter

Charles was an excellent host, very attentive to our needs but not intrusive. The property is in a beautiful location and is tastefully decorated and furnished. The breakfast was nicely presented with fresh fruit and cooked to order options available.

There isn't anything negative about this place except you don't want to leave!

The location is stunning, v peaceful, with a view of the River Dart. Local walks from the door. The converted barn is a delight to stay in, we enjoyed the pool table and table tennis, and Charlie is a great host. The best place I have ever stayed in.

The access roads are very narrow and rough in places,however, that is the nature of many out of the way Devonshire roads so not much can be done about it, that being said,the journey was definitely worth it.

It is a beautiful building in a beautiful location, our host, the owner, Charlie, was extremely helpful and he is a very interesting chap, we spent our evenings in good conversation, no hesitation in recommending Greenway Barn.

Excellent breakfast, beautiful location, very friendly host who was great company and nothing was too much trouble even lit the lounge wood burner for us ready for our return from dining out. Very spacious and stylish accommodation.

Exceptionally good all round, location, en-suite accommodation, cleanliness, host Charlie ever-attentive, best breakfast I’ve ever had, anywhere. The view overlooking the valley of the River Dart is breathtaking. This is a gem of a place to stay and my wife and I shall return in 2023 - note though it will now be closed shortly until around Easter next year.
