The staff were very friendly, attentive service - dinner and breakfast, delicious:) Our room was beautifully decorated, required all our needs and very clean. I would have no hesitation recommending the Highland Getaway to someone and hope we can stay again.

My room was a little cold over night. The heating was turned off and I had to wrap the bath towel around me to keep warm. The selection of programmes on the televisison was very limited.

It was Saturday night and the drinkers were having a noisy though well natured night out. My scampi and chips was tasty with two pints of beer. The poached eggs for breakfast were cooked just right.

The breakfast was amazing and I got a lot! The staff were brilliant, I couldn't get over how friendly and welcoming it was. The bar was great and we played darts. The staff made it, they were first class. The room was spotless and had everything we needed, including a view of the river and snow capped mountains. It was right opposite a Coop too which was very handy to get lunch for the next day! We stayed for going to Glencoe Mountain Resort and it was about 25 minutes away so good location and call for money.

The staff were very friendly and always had a smile on their faces. They had pre booked a dinner reservation for myself just in case I wanted to dine with them. The gin in the bar was fantastic! The room itself was comfortable and clean. The little touches such as the biscuits and hot chocolate were very nice. I had a great sleep in the comfy bed!

Absolute 5/5 for highland getaway. The room was fantastic, comfy, fresh smelling bedding, super cosy and clean. Massive shout out to Kate who went above and beyond helping me with my blistered feet. Carried my bags to the room, got me dressings and helped me clean up my feet. She was also super friendly and funny, felt like home. The food was outstanding for breakfast and dinner. Again amazing service. Can’t wait to go back (minus the sore feet)

The location was key because the hotel is on the banks of the river Leven . The room was clean and tidy and well laid out as was the bathroom. Additionally, the staff were very friendly indeed making our stay all the better .

Excellent location for doing the West Highland Way. Our room was beautifully decorated....very modern and to a high standard. French doors opened to a little garden which had seating and gorgeous views. Beds very comfortable. Lovely big towels and sachets of hot chocolate and biscuits were available as well as coffee and tea. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Steve carried our luggage to the room. All the ladies were wonderful. We honestly had a perfect stay. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast.

The only thing that could be improved upon was the level of seasoning in the food. I had a lasagne and it was just a bit bland despite looking lovely. Honestly the only fault I can make .

The staff were amazing really helpful. The room was clean and airy. The bed was very comfortable, the room wasnt too hot or too cold. Steven was great tlwhen we arrived after dinner service and suggested where we could get some food after our long drive. The atmosphere in the pub is lovely too and breakfast is preorder for hot food and that comes out minutes after you sit down very impressed.

We would like to have had a small fridge in the room, but we knew there wasn't one so we were fine with that. No complaints.

Great room. No complaints. Would happily stay there again. Very friendly and helpful greeting host in the pub. Location is perfect in town within walking distance to park, the falls, the Co-Op grocery store was very close. Dinner in the pub was delicious.
