I thought my room included breakfast when I booked, when I was made aware this wasn’t the case I did not find it as good value for money so a bit disapointing

They weren't ready for 4pm check in.

Hilton Teca is a modern building built next to the convention centre. Ideal for working weekends. The facilties are lovely. Nice bedrooms with pleasant bathrooms. The swimming pool and spa facilities make this hotel very special. Great breakfast.

The restaurant. This is specific to potential guests on a plant-based diet, the dinner was really overpriced and disappointing considering what's currently on the market. The coffee was also poor.

It is a beautiful hotel, the room was very clean with comfortable bed, lovely decor, and great bathroom. The pool, sauna and steam room were also very nice. Staff was very helpful and pleasant, the breakfast was very good, the vegan options very decent enough.

    Pretty happy customer no complaints

The hotel itself is beautiful. You can tell alot of work went into each aspect of the building. The staff were all really lovely, went for dinner at 7pm and the girl and boy who served us were very delightful and efficient! The food wooo weee the chef needs a medal. The mushroom soup was beautiful and the traditional fish and chips were 10/10. The swimming pool is another level 👌 overall great experience at the price was so good!

Parking could have been made clearer as you get the impression the car park out the front of the hotel can be used by the public but it can’t . Also paying extra for parking seems a bit excessive.

The hotel and service was great at Hilton Teca, my wife and i enjoyed a lovely spa experience with great facilities and friendly staff. We ate lunch , dinner and breakfast in the hotel , all of which was of a very high standard and we will definitely recommend to our friends and family

The car park being slightly separate was slightly annoying with the windy weather of Aberdeen, but something that can’t be fixed!

Staff were absolutely superb. Catered so well to requests and quick to sort things for us. Staff were so friendly and went out their way to help. Made the stay even better

Parts of the room were a little tired and grubby, not what one expects from Hilton, but otherwise it was a great stay.

Nice hotel and bar, well located.

The kettle was broken but replaced immediately after calling the receptionist. Then the sink plug got stuck, which was again fixed very quickly, but it got stuck again.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable room. The hotel is right next to the P n J but was not noisy. Great location, convenient to Drive into Aberdeen.

The parking is quite far and for a woman and child on their own it felt daunting going underground.

The breakfast and dinner were lovely. The staff at breakfast were very pleasant and polite and the girl who served us dinner both nights was particularly friendly. The swimming pool was very nice.

The fridge. Not cold. We took fridge items for our little one to snack on throughout the day and during the con. However by the end of first day there they were no longer edible. Please don’t class it as a fridge on your website when it’s not, I wouldn’t even class it as a chiller. I’m sure I’m not the first who’s had this experience. Only downside to our stay.

How close it was to the venue we were attending. Lovely friendly staff. Pool

The wait for check in was a little long but I understand them being busy or not having the staff on hand to make sure all the rooms were ready for 4:00pm.

Loved absolutely everything about this hotel. Can't wait to come back. You will not be disappointed at all. They see to everything for you. £5 for parking is literally nothing. Iv paid more at other hotels. Its ideal stayin here if yer at P&J for an event or concert.

They didn’t open the connection to P&J Live which was annoying. Was more expensive than nearby hotels with the same amenities, only stayed so I didn’t have to go out in the rain when going to an event but that didn’t work out because they closed the connection.

Great proximity to P&J Live. My dog was made v welcome although the £35 fee to have her there wasn’t told to me when I called to check.
