Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomThey didn’t open the connection to P&J Live which was annoying. Was more expensive than nearby hotels with the same amenities, only stayed so I didn’t have to go out in the rain when going to an event but that didn’t work out because they closed the connection.
Great proximity to P&J Live. My dog was made v welcome although the £35 fee to have her there wasn’t told to me when I called to check.

United KingdomThe only negative we would have would be that we couldn’t figure out how to work the air conditioning/heating in the room and the tv was a bit difficult to figure out, it started playing through the speaker in the bathroom. But really not a lot to be negative about!

One of the best Hilton Hotels I have stayed in. Lovely, spacious room. A plug socket by the full length mirror...something often missed. Also has the tv connected to a speaker in the bathroom. Very quiet at night, none of the usual noises that you hear in hotels. Perfectly situated for the P&J Live venue. Close to the airport and a 10 to 15min drive from the bus station and train station.
