The room could have been bigger for how much the room cost.Travel lodge would have had a bigger room. The shower room was tiny with mildrew in the grout lines.

Expected a bit more luxury in the room. A bath would have been ideal. Also robes and slippers! for a King size Superior Room - expected it to be a bit bigger!

Excellent location. Right in the heart of the City of Bath.

we were happy with our stay

the hotel location is very central, 5 min. from the Roman Baths and the Abbey. We are very grateful to the young man at reception, who changed our room to a very quiet one at the back of the hotel. There was no view, apart from the solar panels, but we did not mind that, as we were sight-seeing during the day anyway. And we wanted a quiet and restful sleep. Breakfast was good with poached or boiled eggs being done on request and a good variety of food items, though a little more and different fresh fruit options would have been nice.

Very well located with parking right next door. Good reception, bar, eating areas.

The only issue was around house keeping. The quality was great but understanding when they would make up the room on a multi day stay we obviously got wrong. On the third day we left the towels on the floor in the bath room - expecting new ones as they were ready for change. When we got back after 3pm the room hadnt been made up and we had to request new towels from reception. So be aware of what room cleaning arrangements are in force.

It was in a great location. You couldnt ask for better with everything in walking distance - note 15 pounds per day in the public parking area that is easily accessed from the hotel. Clean and up to Hilton Double Tree specifications.

Hotel doesnt have lift access from the adjacent underground podium car park, anyways, there are few step fire exit stair case allowing to go and down in front of hotel with few step to lobby.

Near distance to attraction Roman bath and more for foods and shopping, breakfast amazing in the restaurant with awsome view of river and old city.

Some of the walkways around the hotel were not very even, and could be awkward for someone with mobility problems.

Would be nice if the price was a little lower, but in this case you get what you pay for.

The location is right in the middle of Bath within a short walk of the shops and tourist attractions. Parking is available underneath the hotel which was very convenient. The hotel decor was modern and our room was perfect for a family of four. Everything was clean and the staff very helpful.
