We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaRoom was a little noisy as the "carts/racks" for the laundry were being moved outside the window and made quite a noise. Wasn't too bad but could have done without it.
Location - proximity to car rental and airport. Room was good with an added bonus of a heater that worked!! Bathroom was great - a lovely bathtub. Dinner was very good - had Rib Eye steak - cooked perfectly as asked.

BelgiumThe man at the front desk was not very welcoming. Like he was annoyed by us. If we had a complete sentence from him it was a lot. You have to pay for the parking even if you stay the night at the hotel. The bar is closing quite early.
The room was very comfy , clean and calm. 24/24 h check in / check out. Very clean and big bathroom with plenty of free toiletries. Just in front of the rental car return parking so very convenient. THere is a bu shuttle to the airport but less than 10 min by foot to the airport departures.

We had to be up at 3am for our flight anyway, so this was extremely frustrating. I had advised the front desk, who ( I think) had a word with the guests, but that did not seem to have had any effect

Break fast was great! Staff were very polite and helpful. The main areas of the hotel and the room were great.

United KingdomWhen we checked in around 4pm we booked a table for dinner at 7:45pm in the restaurant. However when we showed up at that time we were told there were no tables and we were not allowed to sit at the bar as we had a baby. We were advised to go back to the room and order room service instead. I sat on the phone for nearly 20 min waiting to call for room service (8:30 at this point) and had to call back 3-4 times to reach the front desk to say there was no one picking up. Finally the lovely lady at front desk took my food order and placed it for us. We didn’t receive food until after 9:15pm. This was the first stay at this hotel and I don’t think we would plan to eat there if we were to stay again. If we had been told it was too busy at time of check in we could have ordered food from outside to be delivered in. We had a small baby with us and just found it frustrating that we came down to the restaurant and couldn’t place an order for room service at the desk when they realised there were no tables.
