Room was a little pricey but that's about it.

Really nice meals, comfy room. Good location (next to tram station, Salford Quays a 20 mins walk). Friendly and helpful staff.

Unfortunately the marathon was on in the Sunday so we were restricted on what to do as hotel was start and finish line so we ended up stranded at hotel as public transport was limited and trams were packed solid. We had to stay at hotel all day re lunch and dinner menus were limited.

It's a nice hotel, staff friendly, next to tram link, ideal location for visiting family. Choices for eating in hotel to suit every budget although limited menu. If you like cricket great view from balcony. Balconies are huge, fridge in room was good to have.

** Could not believe there was no pasta dish served night before a marathon, literally taking place outside the front door the hotel. This was inconvenient for runner guests and families. Also though, major economic mistake, the restaurant and bar was very quiet. We travelled elsewhere for food, but between us all, would have easily and happily spent a couple of hundred pounds at hotel.

Unfortunately, even though this is a comparatively new hotel, there were already some signs of wear and tear in our room plus the fridge was full of somebody else's half eaten food and drinks and there were no tea bags or milk for us. This was dealt with very quickly once housekeeping had been informed but a little disappointing never the less. There were also some dubious marks on the carpet.

A beautiful room with a stunning view of Old Trafford cricket pitch. A very comfortable bed and lots of fluffy towels. A good breakfast with plenty of choices.

Friendly staff. clean modern hotel. Great buffet breakfast. Room with a balcony overlooking the cricket pitch. Close to the tram stop for access to city centre . Parking included only a short distance to Trafford Centre too

Gorgeous hotel, very modern feel and we really enjoyed our stay. It was my boyfriends birthday and they gave us a gorgeous room out looking the cricket. He really enjoyed his birthday and we thank the staff for our stay

Bed was like sleeping on concrete. Food at the bar was rather poor...I had a baked potatoes with cheese and beans for lunch and it was so dry. It came in a plastic basket with paper underneath, so I ended up picking the paper out of the potatoe!

Food at restaurant was nice but very expensive - £24 for a cauliflower steak and chickpeas!

There are 2 different styles of double rooms with a sofa bed advertised on booking.com. We received the smaller of the 2 which I was slightly disappointed about but this is subject to availability so I completely understand & wasn’t a huge problem. This is the only negative I can take from my stay everything else was great.

Facilities were great nice room lovely style, friendly staff, extremely close proximity to Old Trafford which was what made me select hotel.
