Availability of proper decaf coffee in the restaurant and in the morning would have been much better. We ended up sitting in our room drinking sachet coffee rather than ordering in restaurant.

We messed up a bit and had to rebook because we had the wrong dates, but the staff were super-helpful about it all and even ungraded us because we had been so vexed. Louise on reception was a super-star.

I know the car park ain't finished yet that's a bit off oooh where do I go for parking and is it safe but that wasn't a problem once worked out. Maybe some times the staff might want to be clear on details off prices for breakfast at check inn.

How clean and modern it was also how close it was too the silverstone Museum and porsche experience centre which I was going too over the weekend.

Car park is over hard core. The restaurant did not excite and so we did not use it, however, breakfast was excellent. Other than that I am struggling to pick fault with the hotel.

location, next to Porsche Silverstone also the Silverstone track itself, very new and fresh. Pillows were super! Room was spotless, nice shower and hot water. The staff were extremely engaging and helpful. A very good buffet breakfast.

We booked the breakfast and this disappointed us slightly. It was expensive for what was offered, we were unaware that we could ask for our food to be cooked differently by the chefs

As we were Racing at Silverstone it was a ideal opportunity to be able to stay in a hotel located on the start finish line at this iconic Formula 1 circuit and the home of British motorsport

Just a staff member I don’t think they were from the Hilton maybe for the Silverstone paddock was quite rude. We were exploring the hotel and there’s a walk tunnel so you can walk over the starting positions, that joins on to the pit/paddock, we had never been before and we tried to open a door realised it wasn’t accessible and turned back around, that’s when the lady that’s works came to confront us she was quite stern we did apologise, simply explaining we were exploring the hotel. I think there should be a sign somewhere saying we couldn’t access or a sign before you go on the walk tunnel explaining not to try the other door on the other side (it was our first time there) we didn’t know if the door was accessible to us or not

I loved every fine detail of the room, the receptionist upgraded us to a balcony track facing room and we were so much in awe.

Upon arrival we actually drove in to the farm yard by accident we phoned the number given on the booking the lady that answered was really polite and helpful in helping us get to the right place. The location of the farm is beautiful stunning views all around a lovely welcoming pub across the road and the property was spacious and clean as well as very comfortable, we would defined return again
