I had a disabled room which felt a bit weird having all the empty space and low cupboards and switches plus a shower seat. I'd like to have normal room unless specified otherwise.

Came here for my birthday as a massive motorsport fan! The view from the room onto the track was amazing. Food was basic but good, couldn't really go wrong! An overpriced stay, would only do it the once but that's all you need!

Not the hotels fault but a very rude lady working over the bridge in the race track days. Just went to look and was told private property. Not iam so sorry this is for payed track time.

On the night we arrived there was a party going on the roof of the hotel with heavy bass until 2am making it difficult to sleep for my child. But other than that it was fantastic.

The room was fantastic and the hotel views were awesome. Head down to the mezzanine, order food and ask it to be delivered to the room or order via room service. It was excellent!!

Unfortunately, my room was not available till gone 3pm on the day. I was with my 8 year old son. In return for this inconvenience I would expect atleast something as a good will gesture. Maybe discount on my next stay?

I understand, given the location, that prices can command a premium. But the food and drink are expensive for what they are. I was at the hotel for 4 days and felt the lunch options were really expensive. This is countered by some great accommodation prices mid-week.

Any motorsport fan will appreciate the views over the iconic Silverstone track, so you're already onto a winner. However, the thing that really stood out for me was the service. Wesley, Natalie and Barbie went out of their way to make my time at the hotel comfortable and memorable.

Hairdryer in room

Location absolutely amazing, I mean who wouldn't want to be sitting on a balcony with a glass of fizz watching Mercedes testing!! Staff in the hotel and restaurant were brilliant and the room was perfect for what we needed. One issue but not losing any points is no hairdryer in room

The only thing that I don't like was the Young lad on reception, it took us 5 and a half hours to get there and was late in the evening and unfortunately he completely ignored my wife and daughter, they were stood there ten minutes waiting to check in. Granted he was on the phone but he could of quickly said we'll be right with you. But nothing and had to wait for someone else to come.

Beautiful hotel. The beds were huge and really comfortable, the breakfast is good value for money. The receptionist who was on on the morning was verry pleasant and verry helpful.

I honestly couldn't fault the hotel absolutely outstanding and to be upgraded to a trackside room free of charge was a delightful surprise to witness vintage cars roaring across the start finish line was just amazing truly a brilliant experience and would 100 percent be booking again soon
