It stated that parking at Q park was discontinued online. On checking out i asked and was told it needed to be pre booked. Nowhere online does it state this it just says claim your discount at reception. Disappointing as paid £46.00 for 2 nights parking. Also no mini fridge for drinks was disappointing.

Interior of room fairly basic and slighly dated. Found the room really cold (despite turning up thermostat). There were no plug points by bed and lighting was poor, luckily we spent limited time in the room so these were not huge issues and owing to its location wouldn't stop me using again.

Hotel in a fantastic location opposite the docks, super close to shops, bars and restaurants, worth a stay for that alone and probably the best thing going for it. Staff were friendly and efficient, Room cleaned each day and beds comfortable

Shower head not functional, broken parts. Not the standard of the last Hilton stayed in. Bad odour from men’s toilets next to bar.

2 of the sockets were unsafe - sparking when plugging things in. Also, would have been good if the fridge worked in the room and the ability to boil the kettle was easier - really difficult to plug the short lead into a socket.

Breakfast and location excellent.....really close to the Albert Docks and the car park. My son loved the use of the gym.

Cleanliness not good enough, dirty bedside lamps, a lot of dust and marks on back of bathroom door. We asked for a fan in our room, when it arrived it was covered in thick dust. Sink overflow covered in thick gunk, really not nice to see! The lobby, bar & restaurant is far far too hot, uncomfortably hot, no need for it, makes for a very unpleasant experience. Disappointed in the lady at reception, upon arrival she recommended we park in Q Park car park next door and gave us a discount code, but failed to mention that we must pre book the car park before driving in to be able to use the discount code, so we got charged full price.

When I checked in and get my room they didn’t provide the safety box in my room .. but the solved the problem very quickly and get to me new one but every day I afraid to easily remove it

Room was dated, carpet looked old. Tile on the bathroom floor felt like it was ready to crack when walked on it. There was a leak in the main ladies toilet so my feet were wet. No parking available for my car so I paid £34 to park my car.

One of the male bar staff was quite rude to my husband on our last night,he was kept waiting at least 10min to be served as the member of staff was in the back doing nothing,and no apology for keeping him waiting. For the Hilton that's bad service

There was dirt on the mirror from previous occupancy (no big deal but just for info) as well as the light in the mirror was out.

Location. Breakfast is always good. Check in was quick.
