Getting to your room is like navigating through a maze. Lifts are constantly under maintenance, so you have to walk longer on some days. The room itself was OK. It was not the best, but the view was great. Breakfast was good but would have been better with some halal options.

The location was good but would have preferred something closer to LHR but is on us. We should have chosen a hotel closer to where we wanted to be.

I was initially given a room where the windows were plasted and so I could not look outside. I asked the reception if they could change my room since I was stating for 4 nights. They responded so well and I received a good room which made my stay fantastic. Thank you

Rooms could have been more spacious

Location is good, staff especially the Banquet manager is very friendly and caring. Good breakfast options. Connected through Ferry to the main Canary Wharf area so a good peaceful location.

The bathroom was not super exceptional. It felt pretty claustrophobic.

The views were incredible. Also love that it is a converted building. The old brick and working windows were awesome. Loved having a two bedroom suite, what a great option for families!

Room key cards didn't work twice. I was charged extra for my car parking. However, they were able to reverse the payment back . Receptionists should put more smile on their faces.

A very small bathroom in need of renovation, bathroom: standard for a 3-star rating. Many people in the hotel, crowded during breakfast in the morning. The reception staff is informative but not very friendly. Overall, the price matches the quality. Will recommend

Only one minor negative which was coffee at breakfast could have been larger as cups were too small but that's just my personal taste, everything else about the hotel was fab and I would definitely return.

Room was fab and bigger than I expected and breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. Ferry service was great and very reliable.

Area doesn't have that many dining options

Family of five - room spacious enough so we didn't feel that we were tripping over each other. Hotel very well connected with bus stop outside the door. Very easy to navigate. Breakfast set us up for the day.

Luckily the weather was good because the air conditioning was only blowing hot air.

The location is impeccable, and the ferry to cross Thames is extremely handy.

Toilet didn't flush correctly in room. Biscuit in spare bed mattress from previous guests. Replacement water bottles not provided after first day and didn't know if I could drink the tap water using the glasses provided.

Family trip to London. Liked coming back at night on the Uber boat to relax after busy days in the city.

Location to the tube station but the boat and buses are a god send

Great hotel, a busy hotel but it doesn’t feel overwhelming busy. the facilities were excellent and very try well staffed - everyone was very try friendly and helpful and wore a smile!! The bar has a great atmosphere to it. Breakfast was great and was lovely to be able to have an extra coffee on the river side terrace in the sunshine. The boat was a great added extra to the accommodation. Cheeky little upgrade was nice and the room was decorated too.

Nothing really.. No time to use all the facilities.

Very comfy room. Friendly staff. Great cocktails from the bar. Made the stay more special, having to use to complimentary ferry across to Canary Wharf. Great location for a show at O2. Lovely walk through a nature reserve behind the hotel to Canada Water. .
