Lovely welcoming hotel; far nicer and more interesting than we were expecting. I'm not a spa or swimming person but I thought I'd give the pool a try and it was all very easy and unintimidating; not necessarily fancy but all the better for it in my opinion. People watching in the hotel lobby was great, bar and bar staff were welcoming. The whole place felt like the idea of modernity from a little while ago - a bit American-inspired from the 1990s and all the better for it; loads of carpeted space and armchairs and a big glamourous tiled bathroom, long fine net curtains and doilies for the coffee cups. Reminded me of times we were allowed to accompany my Dad when his work sent him to conferences 30+ years ago; in a good way!

Was a brief stay overnighting between ferries. Staff were professional and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

The only problem is that the noise from the bar , you are lucky if you get the room far from it, need to call the reception at 1am just to close the door in the bar, and also we are near to utility room and banging the door really early. Is not good,

It was my fault I forgot to ask when booking for a room on r The ground floors but I do have a bad linmp but was not ask if I need one but maybe one was not available but the staff did help me get to my room on the first floor

Good visit was there for my friend wedding the hotel was nice only there for one night general very good

Having stayed here several times before, I now bring my own pillow! The pillows are way too hard. I don't think the hotel should charge overnight guests £5.00 for parking. I can understand charging people who use the hotel for lobby meetings etc, but guests?

Great location, right on the M20! Lots of parking. Lovely staff at reception and in the restaurant. relaxing atmosphere, which is just what's needed after a busy and challenging day.

Bed was high and pillows very firm but very comfortable. Only downside buffet hot food so have to time your seating time to get freshly served items.

1) There was no duvet for the sofa bed. We requested one but it arrived with no cover. 2) Wifi was virtually non excitant - 3) No hair conditioner 4) Only 3 towels when there were 4 people were in the room 5) Small amount of toilet roll and no spare. 6) Sofa bed was very uncomfortable

Leisure area is tiny and cramped, it just doesn't work to have hotel guests as well as members. Additionally, full of children - beyond the advertised times. Steam room had a funny smell.

Lack of lift/escaltor wasn't my favourite - and there were others in our wedding party who weren't able to use the stairs, so that became a huge issue for them. Breakfast was okay - not great. Sugar wasn't regularly stocked up, and the fried food all tasted bland as hell. Fried food was a huge improvement on the second morning - although the sugar was still an issue. Bar was okay but a little pricey - especially in this part of the world. Trying to get the staff to pour a beer with a decent head on it so it didn't go flat within one minute was actually impossible.

Room was a good size. Ironing board and iron included - which was super helpful as I was travelling from Germany for a wedding. Dinner in the restaurant was also very good.

Welcoming atmosphere, approachable friendly staff, splendid choice of breakfast, and although the hotel was fully booked we never felt crowded or unattended too the whole stay. Most Definitely somewhere we will return to in the future.

I have stayed with you before but I had two late meetings both nights I stayed and guests cant get food after 9pm either in the restaurant or room, which feels a little odd
