Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAccess road to the property was on a busy road and slightly tricky to negotiate if you haven't visited before or if the traffic is busy.
Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Lovely cookie provided on arrival, nice touch!. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious, stylish and well stocked with toiletries. Tea & coffee making facilities in the room. Gym on site had treadmills, bikes and other equipment. Comfortable bar area with reasonably priced drinks.

United KingdomThe cost of a dog was expensive at £50 per night.
We were visiting family in Southampton and decided to stay at the Hilton. We were 2 adults, one teenager and a dog. The room was adequate, beds comfortable and pillows were amazing. The only issues we had were the aircon didn’t work and the room was on the chilly side. The extractor in the en-suite was very loud and could not be turned off. The room was quiet, located at the back of the hotel with kettle and the shower was lovely and powerful. The hotel had an area for the dog at the rear and the hotel staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was lovely but the hotel needed more staff as it was very busy. The staff did an amazing job but there were lack of plates, topping up food and fixing the tea / coffee machine whilst providing a breakfast service impacted the guest experience.

United KingdomThe bed was incredibly firm, so much so sleep was pretty much impossible. The breakfast was also lack luster will most of the hot items being cold at best. (We went at 7:30).
Staff were amazing, room was spotless and modern. The carparking was £5 a night, very reasonable for the area. It's clearly a very well kept building, everything was immaculate and bar was well stocked. Location is great and very quiet.

Ordered room service via the app that didn’t come and when I enquired I was told they never received the order - still had to pay for it!
