We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe bed could have been bigger considering the large sized room. The shower was awkward as there was a stability bar sticking out which I understand is to help with poor disability but made it so you had to stand at an angle. We did have an issue with no hot water but was swiftly resolved by the housekeeping team. Breakfast items had run out quickly which was disappointing considering we weren't late for Breakfast.
Staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and aestheticicall pleasing.

United KingdomThe food heating lamps for breakfast, from around 09.00 to close, were not up to the task. Much of the food was lukewarm at best. Plenty of choice but hot food should be hot.
Reception staff on check in and check out were exceptional. Our reservations were somewhat complicated but were handled with great patience and efficiency. The hotel facilities themselves are very nice indeed. As a touring company, we always look for hotels where our cast and crew are able to sit and relax after a show. Oftentimes this is not possible. This hotel definitely hit the mark. We will return.

United KingdomThe food takes quite a while to come out. unknown whether i'm paying service charge, I have had 4 meals in there, 2 have service charge, 2 don't, all were I was sat in the bar area. there are times towards the end of the week where a lot of items are missing from the kitchen, on Wednesday 10th it was easier for the staff to tell customers what they had rather than everything they didn't have.
Staff were all pleasant. room was cleaned to a good quality every day. the food was of a good quality. the welcome at the reception is very good, keep on the free cookies! the presentation of the lobby and restaurant is kept to a high standard.

United KingdomStaff friendly and efficient throughout, on arrival lovely greeting though we arrived really late. Breakfast was great and the toaster on the perfect setting! Didn’t have to thread the toast through twice causing it to burn. No fat yogurts for breakfast also ticked the box! Bed comfy and bed linen lovely and crisp, nice fluffy towels.

United Kingdom1 whilst there are 2 terminals to enable paying guests to register free parking. It was not mentioned on arrival. Only noticed by chance.. 2. No 24 hours meal service. 3. No hot drinks at the bar after 10.15pm due to insurance. !!
Excellent value for money ideal location for our neefs reasonable priced bar food noted for next time. Free parking a bonus and the night manager went out if his way to make us a late coffee. Thank you. Rooms as you would expect from Hilton but no wow factor comfortable bed and large Samsung TV. Basic Tea coffee sachets 4 milk capsules. Free parking. Warm cookies on arrival was a pleasant surprise. .

It was close to Southampton Airport and was dog friendly. We needed an overnight stop as we had an early flight the next day. Our dog was welcomed and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were very spacious. Had a lovely meal and our dog was welcomed in the bar area where you could enjoy the full menu that the restaurant was serving.

United KingdomThe hotel is a few miles out of the city centre, but the plus point was that there was plenty of free parking
The room was spacious and the bed was very comfy. The room temperature was initially too cold, but was very easy to adjust with the room thermostat, after which the temperature was perfect. The breakfast selection was limited in terms of cold food, however the cooked food was very plentiful, thus anyone wanting a full English will not be disappointed
