Sky Bar didn’t have Pernod/Ricard or Jack Daniel’s honey or apple.

Closeness to Arena and stadium. When revolving door broke a member of staff was allocated to open alternative door until it was fixed. It was fixed expeditiously.

The only criticism would be to put more milk sachets in the rooms for 2 people. There were a total of four between 2 people which is a bit difficult to make drinks with no fridge to use.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. The location is right next to the Arena and the Stadium so convenient. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was large and had a bath & shower. All rooms were clean. There is a restaurant and bar on floor 3, both nice and a rooftop bar on floor 9, which was excellent. The hotel also has a gym & swimming pool for guests to use. A mini bar was also included.

Aircon was noisy, but set it to 'Auto' and it quietened down. Breakfast was extra which made the overall price very expensive, but location is hard to beat.

Arrived early to beat the check in queues which can be long when an event is on nextdoor. Room was very clean, spacious with a large bathroom. Large TV, free Wifi and good selection of tea, coffee and free biscuits. Had dinner in the Sky bar which is very pricey, but a decent burger. Good views across London. Stayed for a show at the Arena nextdoor, you can't get a closer place to stay! Bed was huge and very comfy. Slept extremely well with no noise. Breakfast was superb, one of the most tasty buffet breakfasts I've had. Went back for seconds.

The pool had some plasters around the side but that could have been the people that were swimming so I’m not overly concerned cos the hotel was very very clean and my room was very clean

Banging area makes football days so much more relaxed and not rushed, rooftop bar was really nice lovely evening spent up there and prices were surprisingly okay so no problems there! Loved it and will be our go to hotel whenever we come to Wembley now

Fabulous location for Wembley stadium. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast plentiful. Staff attentive and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Only downside for me as I’m such a light sleeper was the noise from the slight noise from generator but earplugs solved the problem and I slept well. Everyone else slept like logs. We would’ve loved a view but we booked very late and the hotel was full but I wouldn’t let that put people off because we were hardly in the room for it to really matter 😊

Jonathan was very friendly from the get go. Checked us in and showed us to the floor where our rooms were. He was chatty and helpful. The hotel was amazing. Perfect location and great room and facilities for all our needs. Breakfast was the best I’ve been to in a hotel. Loved the little detail of a fresh flower on every table. Staff were friendly and helpful. My nephew loved the pancake machine and wants one for home lol!! Wished we’d been able to stay a second night. Will definitely be back, God willing.

The food standard wasn't great. They offered to re cook but at that price I expected more! Had better in my local pub if I'm honest which is such a shame Food at breakfast was a lot better

The bedroom was a little worn and tired in places and could have done with a nite modern decor - walls were yellow.

Location excellent as we went to events at both the OVO and Wembley stadium. Staff were all so helpful and friendly

nothing the only issue was we ordered a twin 2 separate beds and bedding we get 1 massive bed so we had to move the beds apart my daughter had the quilt and I had the sheet luckily Saturday was very hot so all OK

During breakfast we were told it was self service but staff would serve the coffee /tea however this didn’t happen so we found the coffee and sorted it ourselves. However to be fair I think this was purely due to us coming down at an extremely busy time, and staff were trying their best to get to everyone, so not blaming staff in any way. When a waitress saw us she immediately came up and apologised and got us some more milk. So the only thing I would say is maybe more staff needed at breakfast if this is possible within staffing numbers. The staff that were there were all friendly and helpful! And the breakfast was delicious!
