Some of the pans are not up to standard. Had to buy a frying pan. TV and the internet could be better. Constantly having to reset the TV to watch it.

Central location with parking. Well laid out apartment, clean and tidy. Good information from the owner on getting there etc.

External steps up to the property are slightly steep and not always easy to climb when it’s dark. Minor issue which would not affect those with full mobility. Style of toilet door did not offer full privacy - again a minor issue.

Good location and very useful to have parking space. Clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

The whole apartment is very high tech, which is great except that there were no instructions for the TV (no, we couldn't work it out for quite a while), or the heating in the bathroom. After messaging the host, this turned out to be underfloor heating which had been turned off at a switch outside the bathroom - we still hadn't fathomed the controls when we left. The main heating had also been left tuned off, so the apartment was very cold when we arrived and took some time to warm up. Bigger towels would be nice and also another bedside table - it makes me nervous putting a cup of coffee on the floor by the bed! None of this spoiled our stay, and is all easily put right.

Lovely little apartment in a great spot close to the Saturday Market, good shops and lots of pubs & restaurants. Very handy having a parking spot close by. It's very comfortable and was spotlessly clean. Beautiful bathroom and a great shower - however, se note below re the heating.

The bathroom door was very interesting. Being glass with a large Ferrari motif it made for an interesting theatre in the morning! Not somewhere that I would want to bring a 'new' acquaintance to unless it was true love!!

Ideal location for a long weekend visit to Beverley. Décor is very modern and 'Blokey' but was comfortable - enjoyed the studio flat feel.

I would prefer a handrail on the steps going into the apartment.

We loved the high quality and modern look of this apartment and all the latest technology .The rooms were larger than we expected.Its in a perfect location for town,pubs and cafe's.

You need to watch how you climb the outside steps to the apartment to make sure you don’t catch your shoes on them (as they are concrete) - only very minor issue on this fantastic apartment.

Great location, easy parking with great facilities in the apartment at a competitive price - always my favourite apartment to book in Beverley.

Wifi could be better couldn't get channels on tv i signed into my netflixs but got half way through a episode when wifi stopped working which was a let down so scrapped that idea thats the only thing ....

The location was spot on was so close to the market and shops the apartment it self was beautiful with mod cons and beautiful fittings can't fault it

The apartment cannot be faulted, however the steep steps to it makes it unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues.

The apartment is well situated for all the amenities in Beverley. It has the benefit of a car parking space. All the equipment is up to date and very clean.

Door to bathroom is see through in places and directly opposite bedroom door.

Spacious, well located, good facilities ( high quality), comfortable with parking very close by.

The lights in the bathroom were flashing all the time which was a little like a disco 😂.

This is the second time we have stayed here. Spotlessly clean as the last visit. All things you need are supplied, eg tea, coffee, washing up liquid etc.

Fantastic apartment all round and is not a grumble but rather a suggestion (and noting this is a personal preference) is that the bed could do with a mattress topper as is a little hard.

Wifi bit slow at times. Too much technology for me, ie ai shower had to reboot, and tv had to reboot but minor complaints and host replied immediately with problem solving, so would stay again if in the area. Stairs to flat in case you have mobility issues.
