How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Caravan is situated on the t- zone so that's very useful with kids and dogs. Clean and well kept. To the reception/ entertainment building is only couple of min. On foot. General Bin for your rubish/ recycles/ glass / dog poo is very close so that's very handy. Nice woodland walk. Pool/ steam room/ sauna and jacuzzi in the main building. Arcade, restaurant, shop, and the showbar entertainment room. Everyone from the staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended 👌

Hardly anything at all as it was lovely but a floor mat in the shower room would have been useful and the duvet was a little thin when the weather turned colder.
Really comfortable. Nice part of the park and very helpful host. Lovely forest walks and the facilities on site were good.

It RAINED heavily
Every comfort was considered .The owner was exceedingly helpful as it was my first time,and I received much guidance from her.The home was lovely and the setting great and I would happily recommend this holiday home to those looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay

Too strict in taking photos in the inside and outside pools.
Didn't have breakfast but evening meals were very good with a good choice for adults and children. Location of site was excellent for Rinwood, Bournemouth and New Forest. Catered well for dog lovers with lovely walks in the woodland surrounding the caravan park.

Great location and ideal for visiting Bournemouth and Poole. Marta's holiday home was clean and comfortable for our family of 5. Ideally situated and just a short walk to the main clubhouse, pool and restaurant. Marta is very responsive to communications and we would definitely visit again.

Could have done with a few instructions for appliances and a small saucepan. Also one toilet seat loose.
Lovely location and excellent facilities. Spacious accommodation with extra homely touches. Comfy beds and well furnished. Child friendly and host very helpful.

KEEPING BATHROOM PRODUCTS WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE. AND PLEASE PROVIDE TOWELS, HAND TOWELS ATLEAST.
THE LOCATION WAS AWESOME. THERE WAS PARKING JUST BESIDES THE HOLIDAY HOME. IT WAS NICELY BUILT AND FULLY FURNISHED WITH ALL ESSENTIALS NEEDED. HEATING WAS UP TO THE MARK. BEAUTIFUL PLACE FOR A WEEKEND.

it is based inside the Oakdene Forest Park at the quite corner very peaceful, with many onsite entrainments, nice restaurants the Forest Inn, the 29029 and supermarket within 10-30 mins drive. The Farmer Palmer and Wareham town are also within that driving range. the communication with the host and check-in and check out is easy and smooth, the host will offer you early check in or a late checkout as much as they can to make your holiday more flexible and relax! we mainly dinner out but you have everything you need inside the caravan if you prefer to cook, which including washing liquid, kitchen roll etc. The Caravan is clean throughout with nice reed diffuse in main bed room, it is just a little more for me with the toilet air freshener as I have a sensitive nose. There are little birds 🐦 staying at the branches outside the bedroom windows and very very quite in the evening to ensure a good sleep. it was raining when we stay there so we have not got chance to use the outside facilities but must be a lot of fun at a sunning day!

Nice modern static caravan. Well laid out with plenty of living space, definitely big enough for a family of 4 and a dog. Had most things you needed. Very clean and tidy and well looked after. Ideal location for Paultons park.

Holiday home was ideal. Nice little touches which made it feel more homely. Added bonus of Netflix (if you didn't have nice weather). Nice, clean and would definitely recommend this property. Good communication from the host (Marta). If I'm back down in this part of the country I will definitely be looking at this property again.
