The bathroom definitely needs an upgrade. The wash basin, the tub , the commode and all bathroom fittings are very very old styled and surely warrants a change. The lighting in the room also needs improvement. The carpets in the rooms as well as in the corridor need to be a little brighter and new.

I liked the location of the property and the surroundings. The restaurant and bar area was nice. The staff at the reception area was awesome and very helpful. We had an issue with the booking of the room for my friend's family (for a family of 3 they were allotted a double bed room only due to the miscommunication from Booking.com) , but Shane and Ana at the reception were extremely helpful and they managed to provide room with sofa-bed for the 2nd day. Due to long week-end the hotel was full.

Only a small point but would have liked the room to have a ceiling light. The lighting was a bit on the dark side.

Great location with easy access to Park and Ride. Good sized room, comfortable beds and very quiet. Dinner was very good (we had the superfood salad with seared tuna), although glass of wine was expensive. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. We would definitely stay again.

Bathroom hardware getting grubby, needs more than a regular clean. Extractor fan was not working or extremely quiet. Restaurant was closed Sunday evening.

Had to pay to park my car overnight £8 otherwise free if I register with a hotel company I think a lot of people got caught out with this one .

The room was cold. The bathroom was dated. Should we really have to pay for the car park?? No phone signal in the room and the WiFi didn’t work in the room either which was very frustrating!

Breakfast was great. Lobby & bar area very smart looking. Easy to park, plenty of spaces. Rooms were a good size and very comfortable. Good location, easy to get to. Short taxi ride into Cambridge, Ubers readily available. Friendly & helpful staff.

Good sized room, with everything I needed. Lots of hot water, a good bath. helpful staff. delicious meal delivered by room service, albeit a bit expensive. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

You charged me twice for my room. Once on booking.com, then again when we checked in. I need refunding cause I paid an extra £124 when I obviously shouldn't have.

It’s a little far out from the centre but nothing a taxi ride doesn’t fix. Not the hotels fault but other guests were quite loud all night as they came back from 11pm until 3:30am

The night manager Shane was so helpful and friendly, we really enjoyed being checked him by him and having a chat after a full day out in Cambridge. The room was quite large and bed was super comfortable.
