We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe had to wait 45mins until our room was ready after we had checked in at just after 3pm. Due to the hotel being so busy we also couldn't use the pool in the afternoon and we're told to come back in 20mins but when we did it was too full. So we changed our plans and went to have dinner nearby earlier and then swam at 7pm before it closed at 8pm.
We had quite a wait from when we checked in until our room was ready, so the staff gave us complimentary drinks vouchers which we used that evening in the bar. The guy managing the pool was brilliant, he got a lot of flack from other hotel residents when the pool was at capacity but he was only doing his job and was helpful and polite. Room itself was spacious and clean. The pool changing rooms were just the right temperature and clean.

United KingdomMattress was very comfortable but the bed felt a little unstable. When my husband turned over the bed bounced! Only a small thing - just mentioning it.
Room very quiet and clean. Staff good and cheerful. Breakfast had nice choice of fruit and yoghurt. Cooked breakfast was fine although the eggs could have been replenished as scrambled eggs were quite dry and fried egg (one left) a tad congealed.

United KingdomOnly thing l would say is I was in room 126 and you could hear the train go bye not enough to wake you but still hear it but had a nice view out the window with lots of rabbits running around.
Hotel staff and bar staff very helpful and happy gave us lots of information on were to eat and cheep taxi nice and light and bright inside hotel just had a good feel to the hotel. Nothing to much trouble and had a nice swim in the pool in the morning nice and warm and a lovely hot tub.

Convenient location - approximately half hour drive from the Harwich ferry. Comfortable bed - everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Easy, quick check in. Possibility to dine in the hotel and/or enjoy a drink in the bar. Swimming pool available. Reasonable choice for breakfast with fresh croissants etc.
