There is a pub next to the hotel and I stayed there on a Saturday. As you can imagine, it was very noisy. I had a 5 year old who was awake many times because of the noise.

The room was very clean and breakfast was good. Check in and check out was easy.

Limited parking at the hotel but there is a (payable) public car park just across the road with ample parking.

Centrally located, easy to find. Comfortable room, good sized and newly decorated en-suite. Clean, fresh smelling and very attentive and friendly staff.

Little tricky to find the parking

I had no problems at all

We needed somewhere to stay just for one night. We arrived early but the room was ready, car parking was easy and free, the room was spotless and breakfast was great. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again if I was back in Fleet.

Very spacious well equipped room. As with all Holiday Inns we find their beds very comfortable. Great value for money. Lovely staff too!

Petty yes. But if I had to find 1 fault, milk sachets. Only 3 yet 6 coffees and I think 4 teabags. You are not alone as the norm seems to be 4 milks. I know we could have asked for more and it's the only thing I an complain about. So we'll done all. A big thank you also to Redwan and Wadi who were also helpful during breakfast and checkout. A great job. Would certainly recommend

That there was some kind of night club two buildings way, I need to sleep with the window open so unfortunately loud music till early hours wasn't planned for.

The location was right on the main road so very easy to find, nice parking in behind the hotel. The room was just what we needed for an overnight stay. Staff were nice and friendly.

One thing. The morning scrambled eggs on both of my stays were dry and inedible. I asked for fresh butnthey never came. The egg dish remains full becaue no one wants them. Either moisten them with butter and milk or change them more frequently.

The hotel is excellent, well thought out. Staff are well trained efficient and friendly. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Big TV. I cancelled another hotel to stay here again.

Would hotel to offer free shuttle between terminals

This is our 3rd time staying here. We have had perfect service and have known we are coming home to good clean room and bed. Food good and easy access once we are off the plane.

Breakfast is a little disappointing but what you expect in the UK. Far from healthy or balanced, but enough no to starve.

Pretty new, everything is clean and not run down. Thick walls, good bed. Good parking.

The room we were placed in only had the air condition working. This was too cold so we moved from a double room to a twin room which was much smaller than the first room just to get heating as the other option was to stay in the room with a mini electric heater that would not warm the place up. There were stains on the table and shelf that were not cleaned.

The breakfast was basic and we had to wait quite a while for the scrambled egg. Other items also ran out and was not replenished in time. The blueberry muffins were stale. The location was pretty tight to park a car.

This place is a real find. It has good sized rooms, friendly, professional staff, adequate parking, late night food and bar. A decent breakfast, good coffee and a very good price.
