Petty yes. But if I had to find 1 fault, milk sachets. Only 3 yet 6 coffees and I think 4 teabags. You are not alone as the norm seems to be 4 milks. I know we could have asked for more and it's the only thing I an complain about. So we'll done all. A big thank you also to Redwan and Wadi who were also helpful during breakfast and checkout. That there was some kind of night club two buildings way, I need to sleep with the window open so unfortunately loud music till early hours wasn't planned for.

The location was right on the main road so very easy to find, nice parking in behind the hotel. The room was just what we needed for an overnight stay. Staff were nice and friendly.

One thing. The morning scrambled eggs on both of my stays were dry and inedible. I asked for fresh butnthey never came. The egg dish remains full becaue no one wants them. Either moisten them with butter and milk or change them more frequently.

The hotel is excellent, well thought out. Staff are well trained efficient and friendly. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Big TV. I cancelled another hotel to stay here again.

Would hotel to offer free shuttle between terminals

This is our 3rd time staying here. We have had perfect service and have known we are coming home to good clean room and bed. Food good and easy access once we are off the plane.

Breakfast is a little disappointing but what you expect in the UK. Far from healthy or balanced, but enough no to starve.

Pretty new, everything is clean and not run down. Thick walls, good bed. Good parking.

The room we were placed in only had the air condition working. This was too cold so we moved from a double room to a twin room which was much smaller than the first room just to get heating as the other option was to stay in the room with a mini electric heater that would not warm the place up. There were stains on the table and shelf that were not cleaned.

The breakfast was basic and we had to wait quite a while for the scrambled egg. Other items also ran out and was not replenished in time. The blueberry muffins were stale. The location was pretty tight to park a car.

This place is a real find. It has good sized rooms, friendly, professional staff, adequate parking, late night food and bar. A decent breakfast, good coffee and a very good price.

Room was clean and spacious. It was also perfect location for the pub I was going to attend. Staff were all friendly and kind but two deserving of a mention are Wadi and Patricia. Wadi was so polite when I checked in and Patricia was super helpful when I checked out. Thank you so much Patricia for helping me with my taxi problem!

One night noise from one room went on all night. Staff were very apologetic the next morning and said we should have rung down to the front desk, and they would have stopped it. No recurrence of the problem. So our issue was with other inconsiderate guests, not the hotel

Everything. Super clean and comfortable. Bed excellent. Lovely bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful and nicely cooked, and the buffet was topped up keeping everything fresh. Staff were absolutely exceptional in their service and friendliness, could not have been better.The hotel was absolutely excellent value for money. Will definitely stay again.

Eggs not cooked to order. Otherwise nothing else.

Comfortable room, not large but sufficient for us with excellent twin beds. En suite was very good, excellent shower, rapid response. Breakfast was good, but with food being kept warm on hot plates the scrambled eggs were very dry. Bacon and sausages excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Good overnight parking facility.
