Great stay. Definitely recommend , very comfortable and lovely reception staff.

Bed was too hard and uncomfortable, big fight happened outside our room and someone was badly hurt. This was new years eve but was still quite worrying having that happened. The changing rooms in the spa were not adequate.

Lovely staff, very helpful and friendly. Pool was nice and the room was spacious, complimentary cans and chocolate in mini fridge, breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Good value for a dinner/breakfast deal. 3 courses evening meal, not bad choices considering the price.

The mattress on our bed seemed to dip in the middle and I had a back ache in the morning.

The location was ideal as we had activities booked in the area. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Only hotel we’ve stayed at where there was a phone call to our room after check-in, to enquire if all was satisfactory. Would visit again.

Room card didn’t work and had to go back to reception twice from the furthest room in hotel. Bathroom very small. Partners pillows were uncomfortable

Breakfast too expensive so we passed on that. Received a warm welcome. Room comfortable . Parking easy

The hotel rooms are getting very dated and scruffy. Also, if you're unlucky enough to get the higher number rooms you are in for a long walk

Both pilloes were horrible. Bathroom was dirty. So many hairs on the floor and bath. We have stayed on the past and bedroom was better and cleaned. So not sure what happened in the last year.

It’s a very tired hotel badly in need of redecoration. My bathroom was tiny - had to squeeze up to the toilet to shut the door. Power shower was pretty feable. Room backed into a building site which I didn’t realise until they started work at about 7am. Went for dinner at 8:45pm ish - no staff around. I had to go to reception to find someone to serve me. Pool was closed, which I only found out on arrival. I paid extra for a bit of luxury but would have done better in a Premier inn.

Location was easy - just off the main trunk roads. Parking was good

Booked a double room, but got put in a twin. Pool facilities closed (under repair) not mentioned prior to my stay. Plug in the sink was broken.

Cracks in our bathroom sink. No body wash in shower but was by the sink. ( These aren't the complimentary ones, they're fixed to shower tiles) Other room showers do have a body wash though. Got woken at about 8.15am on a Sunday morning by the hotel alarms going off ( three times!). We have stayed many times before and never had this happen. On mentioning to reception we were told it was a fault. Reception staff were good though.as always. We still don't have breakfast here as we find the price a bit too steep !

Staff friendly and helpful. Room was warm, clean and bed comfy. Nice shower. A few blips but still a good stay.

Bright, clean and very friendly. Great leisure club/pool too. Bar & food were reasonable indeed with good sized portions in a nice atmosphere. Pizza was better than I’ve had in some Italian restaurants.
