It would have been nice to have drinking water in rooms and it was annoying I could not pay cash for anything only card is accepted, you should have choice

Terrible breakfast choice for anyone on healthy eating plan. No 0% fat milk nor yoghurt. Low fat fruit yoghurts high in both fat and sugar. Fresh fruit had obviously been in fridge till just before service. Pear was rock hard. Fruit salad just about ok. Had to ask for poached eggs and bacon free of fat - which was beautifully cooked and served promptly. No wonder most of your guests were so overweight-looking, shovelling down a week’s worth of fat and carbs. It is2025. This country has a serious weight problem . As well as an ignorance problem . You need to have healthy options for those of us who want to have healthy bodies.

Ground floor bedrooms nearest reception were noisy from smokers who gather outside Reception. Providing a space for them away from bedrooms would solve this. Having to pay for parking was a let down. Albeit reduced but should be free. They said to combat people using it for park and ride but hotel could easily combat this without adding the levy to residents. It is just a way to make money.

Location to park and ride and Oxford centre. Great price and breakfast. Staff were lovely. Hotel had a cosy Christmas feel to the hotel.

Towel replacement had to be requested, our room was not cleaned despite the sign being put on the door twice. Check in was ok but not overwhelmingly welcoming. We were advised an upgrade would be added free of charge but we were charged a small premium for this.

We’ve stayed several times before. The location is great for us, the premium rooms suit our requirements and price range. The hotel looked beautiful decorated for the festive season.

Offer of dressing gown and slippers. Swimming and spa facilities.

The room and breakfast were lovely. Love the fact you can request different egg dishes at breakfast. Products offered in room are good however dressing gown and slippers were missed. Especially as bathroom floor is tiled. Gym was pleasant but limited.

Daniel on the reception desk went above and beyond. He very kindly allowed us to check in early and gave us lots of information to help us get the most out of our trip to Oxford. Breakfast was very good too.

The hotel was a bit far away from Oxford, luckily however getting a taxi/bus to the hotel was not too difficult.
