Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOnly thing that let this visit down was the breakfast- whilst the food looked good and everything was clean, the cooked food was nowhere near hot enough so that by the time we got back to our table the food was cold.
We have used this group for several years because you know what to expect. The service, comfort and altogether pleasant experience is consistent.

United KingdomSlow closers on doors need replacing / fixing as doors constantly slamming throughout night. Didn't eat here as prices high & have read other reviews regarding food (not worth the high price). Charging for parking always seems an unnecessary sneaky extra.
Great location for Paultons Park. Greeted by lovely friendly girl at reception (Name begins with a 'T"). Great leisure facilities! Room & hotel in general very clean.

United KingdomThe restaurant staff are not very polite, especially at breakfast time. Everyone seems to be in a rush. It looks like a fast food shop where guests also have to finish their breakfast in a rush within the allocated period of 1 to 1.5 hrs only, which is quite short, only suitable for business travellers. This has never happened in my previous hotel stays where usually breakfast is served from 7.00 am to 10.00 am and guests can choose to eat and finish their breakfasts in a very relaxing way. Such arrangement is not ideal for holiday seekers who want to spend more time eating and chatting over the breakfast tables. All these have only downgraded the image of Holiday Inn from a hotel to a fast food shop setting. Also, the location is not ideal, quite far away from the city centre.
The overall cleanliness and facilities of the hotel are very good.

JerseyNo seating area outside at front. Seating at rear closed in evenings. An ice machine would have made everything perfect. The food was very enjoyable. However, there should probably be a warning for the Thai chicken wings - they were so sticky, my husband had to hold the plate down whilst I prised the chicken off it. If it takes two grown adults to pick up one small chicken wing, the sauce is probably too sticky. It was described as sweet chilli and honey but it felt more like Gorilla glue (tasted lovely though)!

Wouldn’t recommend for business over holiday periods as the level of noise was excessive and any single parison or business person would battle for space noise and privacy

United KingdomThe staff were very slow and weren't very polite if I'm honest. There was no major issues. We asked if we could have a cotbed in our room as it wasn't there on arrival, but I had a couple of instances were I felt the conversation was a bit off, as if we were inconveniencing them. We waited over 35 minutes to check in because the staff were dealing with one person complaining. The playroom wasn't very clean. The toys and furniture weren't very clean. We were very disappointed with the hot breakfast. It definitely wasn't worth the price as it was very bland. Almost seemed tasteless. The pastries and cereals were fine, but the hot food was like hospital food.
Hotel looked modern. Rooms were spacious, well decorated. comfortable. They had good sized tvs in the room which was great. The kids play area was good! It kept my busy 10 month old occupied for a good while. It was good.

United KingdomThe bed was so uncomfortable we got about 3hours sleep in total it was like sleeping on wooden plankes. Having a good night's sleep is the main thing as much as we loved the family vibes and it ticket all the boxes, mummy and daddy didn't sleep which made our next day harder for us to function! You could hear everyone running up and down the halls and in the rooms next door which wasn't great when your trying to put a little one to bed at 730. But I do understand you have no control over that but sound proofing is none existent in room 20! What really let it down was the restaurant. Staff where lovely, but for the price I was extremely disappointed the food was cold and belowe average.
The location of the hotel was great, staff where friendly, room was clean and had everything you wanted, could clearly see the hotel has had money spent on it. Loved the kids play room!
