The bathroom didn't have an extractor fan so it was very difficult to get rid of the damp after showering, the towels wouldn't dry. The kids's menu was poor and the pasta had been cooked hours before. This is improbable.

The facilities, family friendly, the kids playroom is great, nice pool and gym, comfortable bed, individual sofa-bed for our daughter, kids eat free. Location is great if you are going to Paulton's park.

Our room was clean and tidy although a bit on the small size in comparison to others we have stayed in (not Holiday Inn). The shower was not very good at all. There was also a small unexpected service charge on check-out that was not explained well by staff. Paid because I couldn’t be bothered to contest it. This was a disappointing end to an otherwise comfortable stay.

Staff were friendly and courteous, especially at meal times.

We had a really pleasant stay. No problems parking, easy check in and nice welcome, a quick swim which was great and comfortable beds with crisp linen and fluffy pillows. The bathroom was very fresh and clean. Breakfast was relaxed and the buffet was really well presented and plentiful - and extremely good value. My daughter (aged 10) ate free. It was perfect for our needs (my daughter had a competition nearby) and I'd definitely return!

location was quite far from the shops and restaurant. and the fire alarm that goes on early in the morning in our last day.

Would’ve been nice to a have a fridge in the room.. the service at the restaurant was very slow as not many servers took over an hour after seating to get meals which wasn’t ideal with a toddler.

Perfect location to Peppa Pig world. Also the attention to detail for kids like play area, gift on check in, nighttime treat, kids eating free

There was only one issue i had, which was kinda major, but i found a work-arround: The lights in my room were inproperly wired, in that, if i used 1 of the bedlamps, it would cut off all lights. Furthermore, the other lights didn't just turn on them selves, but all other lights, really strange. But my workarround was this: The bed lights were done correct/isolated, so i just used them for when it was time for bed.

The staff was amazingly friendly and always had a welcoming feeling. The rooms were fresh and had every amenity i needed for a superb experience, such as glasses ready in the toilet to wash my mouth, good bathtub etc. The room had a lot of poweroutlets, and so that was never an issue, along with a good free WiFi. Lastly, the breakfast was amazing a long the serving staff. Really top-stuff.

Really didn’t have anything to dislike. There were a considerable number of children under 5 which may discourage some guests, but it did not detract from our stay.

Staff were very good and the breakfast outstanding. The room was as expected but also very good. We enjoyed our stay. Loved the gym especially the high quality Concept2 rowers.

Dirt/garbage under the bed, I asked housekeeping to clean it and they did not. You had to pre-book the timing for breakfast which was a bit annoying because you could not just wake up and go.

The breakfast was the only thing that let our stay down. The space available needs better organisation during busy periods - it was a bit like a rugby scrum at times!

Cost of a cooked breakfast and paying for parking. Noise levels in restaurant and *quiet room* Bedroom doors are also very noisy when closing( The hotel has an arrangement with Peppa pig land, so a large number of very young children are staying)
