It would be a good idea to provide eggs, at least boiled eggs for breakfast.

A very spacious roo, with a wardrobe, sink in room, small fridge. Lovely fellow room mates. Clean toilets. Even a comfortable lift as it was on the 3rd floor.

Breakfast can be improved. They can sell soap and slippers for shower, as well as rent towals.

Bed is comfortble enough. Shower is not collective giving you more privacy.

It's a difficult one, they Operated for a good cause but the place was dirty, the rooms precisely., fridge has not been cleaned in ages, lots of dust on shelf and drawer. Like l said a good cause let down by the cost of operation perhaps. Some people have lived there 1 year and there's a woman l heard has been there 15 years. Cheaper than paying rent and like l said a good cause so l have not marked them down. Thank you.

The staff; not everyone, but still no sense of responsibility and minimum respect. I was misled about breakfast time by ONE HOUR; and even though I arrived and everything was ready without any apology they hustled told me to wait for my turn to eat after the staff, though no people were present; in the kitchen area there is tea, coffee, even a kettle but not a single cup or glass if you arrive before breakfast or in the evening. Tiny details but such negligence and attitude is probably chosen not to attract paying visitors but deter them.

I have truly dubious thoughts about this stay as it all depends on who you share the room with.(I was lucky);the location is amazing, the room and shower facilities good enough for a short stay as it is a student dormitory and you may share it with long term residents.

The state of the rooms were almost like university college condition, a lot of the doors were locked such as microwave room for the night, bathrooms were very few on the ground floor and not in great condition. I preferred sleeping in bunk beds with curtain and a sharing bathroom more than sharing bathroom with the floor. In general the building smelled unpleasant too.

I liked the fact that the rooms were in separate beds, very big room and closet space and desk table. I liked the easiness of check in and check out, using electronic card to enter the building and also the hallway which felt extra secure

The bed wasn't very comfortable, and the cleaning people only came in to empty the trash without any further cleaning. There was no clear assignment of the closets or safe boxes, so I found someone's stuff in mine afterwards.

It was my first experience to living in sharing (hostel), and thanks GOD its not disappointing me. Especially staff was so polite and helping. Hostel is located in the heart of London which is a plus point.

I was on the last floor (the 4th) and I really couldn’t manage to use the lift (I don’t know if it was broken). Even though the breakfast was free, which is very nice, you just can have bread with marmalade or cornflakes with milk (coffee and tea too).

It’s in a really nice and good position, rooms are spacious and well lighted. The staff is nice. Good price since the location.

Amazing location, close to every famous Place in London. 5 Minutes walking from the underground. A lot of bus in the area that takes you to London city Centre in 15/25 min.

One time I come in late night, there was no one there, had to ring the door but I am deaf mean I can’t hear if they talk or not. I think in future need to make more accessible if there is deaf people coming.

The staff was lovely and friendly. Very close to Victoria bus station as well metro too
