The apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. It was beautiful and felt luxurious. All mod cons. Faye was wonderful, efficient, very helpful and informative. The location is fantastic. It's a quiet area despite being right next to the main road and the promenade is at the bottom of the street. Will definitely stay there again.

I’d rather have sliced bread rather than the freshly baked cob loaf as I have difficulty cutting it and fitting it in the toaster. I find the snug room too small preferred the garden room

It’s a nice bright property and comfortable, warm with double bed for a single traveler lovely gardens near the beach and Vale Park buses to Liverpool and New Brighton town centre on main road, cereals milk tea and coffee provided and a fridge and microwave

Door code thing didn’t work correctly, so we had to contact owners, who promptly fixed the issue. Heating was hard to figure out too. First night, I kept waking up, freezing cold. Second night, it seemed to be randomly working.

Absolutely beautiful room. I’ve never stayed in a B&B before now. I’ve always opted for Hotels, but my partner booked this one for me and I do not regret it, whatsoever! Much better than a Hotel, lovely people and everything I needed! Really nice, quiet area too.

Bed was a little small for a penthouse apartment and the price and a little uncomfortable. Internet was difficulty picking a signal up however was very windy so that may have been the reason

The outside door knocker kept getting blown by the wind in the night so we were aware of a strange knocking noise!

The location and price were what we were looking for. The room was very comfortable and breakfast items had kindly been left in the annexe to the bedroom for our use.

My friend would’ve preferred black out curtains or blinds on the window. Apart from that I was very happy.

It was lovely, clean, spacious with a nicely kept garden. Plenty of privacy from the other residents, couldn’t hear anyone else. Perfect location just up the road from the promenade. The host was also very welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Keypad thing was not really clear to put you entire hand on it before you type the code in. Petty..but if you don't want a nosey or disturbed late arrival. Sort it. It's general good advice. Overall. Easy when you know how and where. Somebody had to come and show me.

Freedom.. and parking. Room was really nice and clean. I got a balcony. Bed was comfortable. There was breakfast making facilities. Bless the hosts as I was starving!! Would recommend worth every penny 10*s super happy.

Kerb appeal. I’d requested ground floor and was quite happy with my room. Only fault was high step going through front door. I actually tripped and fell. Otherwise lovely local property and will most certainly use again. Regards Margaret

Nothing to dislike.

Self check-in so we didn't see any staff, but fast and efficient. The apartment was immaculate... lovely bed linen, quality fittings etc. Freshly made bread was a nice touch.
