There was nothing we didn't like. There is a small number of slow-moving vehicles and walkers passing close to the site - absolutely not a problem, unless you have barky and ill-trained dogs like ours!

The woodland setting was delightful, and the accommodation units well laid-out. Particularly enjoyed the 'private' well-found washing and WC facilities. The pods are classy, and the 'Bedouin' tent spacious and well-furnished. tents are inevitably prone to dampness, but the fitted wood stoves entirely resolve this. All the beds were exceptionally comfortable. A great general location for exploring the wider area. The hosts were friendly and eager to assist if necessary.

Wonderful location. Close to Newbury and beautiful countryside. My kids absolutely loved all the beautiful animals on site and were free to visit them in the owners garden. Tyre swing for kids in wooded area .We stayed in bell tent, which was lovely and comfy. Nice and private. Lovely clean bathroom just got our use. There is a communal fridge in owners garage and access to plug socket to charge phones etc. We all absolutely loved it and will definitely be back! Highly recommend.

Great location, friendly staff and clean place. Love the set up of the facilities (own toilet and shower), bbq and fire pit with lots of seating. The bed was clean, comfortable and soft. Really pleased and can’t wait to go again!

We had the most amazing weekend. Lovely accommodation and scenery. The pod had everything we needed and more. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen area was very well equipped. We enjoyed a relaxing time, surrounded by free roaming birds and very friendly and well behaved dogs. Claire was a great host. We will definitely come back!

What an adventure we had! Beautiful woodland, wonderful friendly hosts and their lovely pets, who made us feel very welcome. Everything that we could of needed was provided for us. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Nothing we didn't like but few things that would of been helpful; - shelf in bathroom hut for wash bag - bin in bathroom hut for sanitary products - more towels, given time of year used towels don't dry and only one per adult bath size provided (new towels provided upon request but having automatic access to these would be more convenient) - spare toliet roll, we ran out at night and only contact with hosts up till 8pm unless emergency, which it wasn't, luckily we had baby wipes but having spare left in Bath hut would be much more convenient - no electricity in tent is a little tricky but we knew this when booking and took lots of power banks. We used 4 hanging lights we grabbed of amazon for a tenna at night which provided good light and had dim function to leave some on incase little one woke in night but def make sure you take torches ect with you

The lists of rules were a bit unnecessarily 'shouty', written in red and underlined and in capitals was a bit much! We thought that there would be soap, and a fire lighter/matches. It would be great if these were provided, or stated that you need to bring them.

Beautiful bell tent, gorgeously decorated and very comfortable. Wonderful location and so lovely to have the animals wandering around. Claire the host was friendly, welcoming and considerate.

Very peaceful and not many people. Lots of space and it was nice to get a camping feel without dragging lots of things with us.

The whole family loved staying in the Bedouin tent. We loved exploring the woods, the fire pit, bbq and were so cosy at night.
