Not a great view from our bedroom but wasn't a huge problem, the main living area view was great. Maybe a better seating area in huge garden would be nice.

The location is great close to Pembroke castle. We liked exploring the forest at the bottom of the property. Lots of walking and running trails . Our Siberian husky loved it here too and settled in very well . The apartment has good decor and everything you need. Although the property is on the mauin road we didnt here any traffic noise. Very comfortable bed.

Nothing to dislike. One extremely minor point was the sound quality on the TV, but that is often the case with modern flat screen sets. And beside, we didn't travel down to Pembrokeshire to watch television. So the only real dislike was having to leave!

An extremely well-appointed apartment, very clean and spacious. The hosts had thoughtfully also provided us with fresh milk in the fridge, tea bags etc. to cover our two day stay. This is rarely the case! And the prosecco was more than welcome. The first time in our lives that we've had fish and chips and prosecco! Ample parking space and easy access to the building and apartment with the door code sent to us. And a very quiet rural location, even though the town of Pembroke was just a mile down the road.

How big the place was. We had the terrace apartment which came with two bedrooms and two toilets which were handy. Ruth was such a lovely lady who gave very helpful information. The place was very homely

We found the mattresses too soft, though this may be subjective. Our apartment - no. 4 overlooking the garden - is suitable for a family with kids, as the twin beds are really too small for adults.

The location was great, the apartment spotless clean, and the host extremly kind. Our apartment was no. 4 and overlooked the garden. There was plenty of space for all of us. Kitchen fully equipped and bathrooms with complimentary products.

Few more coat hangers and hooks for our coats / laundry dryer rack would be a helpful addition.

Property was beautifully appointed. The communication with the host Ruth was brilliant and she made us feel very welcome. We liked the privacy and access to the grounds for the dog was excellent.

The house is in a lovely setting and our apartment was beautiful. It was spacious, clean and quiet. We come “back home” often and it’s one of the few places we’ve stayed in that we would book again! The bottle of Prosecco in the fridge was a very nice touch. 😊

There was a problem with the new septic tank which the owners are addressing. You had to take care driving out from the property on to the main road but no problem as long as you are patient and careful.

A fabulous building which has recently been completely renovated. Lovely open plan large kitchen, living, sleeping and dressing area, with a large new shower room with double sink. The parking and WiFi were both excellent and the surrounding grounds were lovely. It was also within walking distance of Pembroke.

The only downside was we were on the second floor and there is no lift, and being a apartment, no staff to help with cases.

The apartment was fully equipped, very quiet and comfortable. The wi fi was excellent. It was very generous in size and had on site parking.

Self contained apartments within a beautiful quiet setting in Pembrokeshire, well located to explore surrounding area. Beautiful, spacious,clean apartment, the host Ruth was fantastic in her communication throughout, lovely little touches on arrival a bottle of Prosecco and milk in the fridge. Would highly recommend, already looking to book for longer next time. Ideal setting if staying with dogs, lovely garden for them to run around in.

Loved everything!! The apartment was immaculate, beautifully decorated, spacious and cosy with its log fire. Stunning views from the main bedroom and lovely grounds around the property. Everything you would need in a holiday home. Flawless entry to the property with the fancy locks they have on the doors. The property has a wood at the bottom of the garden, with lovely access trails along the river or into town, which is not too far away. Great location. We met the owners as they were planting apple trees in the garden. They are so light and bubbly, they gave us some great tips for places to eat/visit/walk. Thank you for everything, it was a great stay!!

The kitchen equipment was adequate but would benefit from extending the range. Some serving dishes, serving spoons and extra cutlery so that the dishwasher could be used every other day rather than every day. To be clear, the absence of the above did not distract from the overall impression of Bay Tree View

A beautiful house in a stunning location, a perfect base for exploring the Pembrokeshire coast. Ruth was an amazing host, nothing was too much trouble.

Nothing! Holyland House is beautiful

This property was a home from home. From the moment you enter the beautiful building , you know its going to be special. The apartment was fantastic , decorated and furnished to a very high standard. We stayed in The Hollies, a 1 bedroom spacious apartment which had everything including a dishwasher and a washing machine. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had lovely touches like a blanket in the lounge. Ruth supplies tea coffee sugar and milk which was needed after a long drive - there was even an ice cold bottle of prosecco!! The property is in a great place for exploring - you can walk into Pembrokeshire through the forest nature walk at the bottom of the garden. Ruth also sent us recommendations for restaurants , pubs and beaches - we visited Tenby and Barafundle Bay , ( on Ruths recommendations) which was stunning and we walked for miles. We spent Saturday evening sat in the sunshine in the huge garden with a glass of prosecco after a walk through the nature reserve into Pembrokeshire. We cannot wait to come back , Thank you Ruth.

Our apartment was comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean as well as individual and interesting because it was part of an attractive Georgian house, The owners made us feel very welcome. An added bonus was being able to walk through the garden gate straight into Holyland Woods.
